Guest Reviews
- Steven (10/5): Would go again. - Beautiful apartment, full of history, great location and peaceful. Nothing
- Lori (8/5): Comfortable accomodation. - A nice area with lots of restaurants nearby. While people cite the great location, it is a good 30 minute walk to the biggest tourist sites..the Colosseum and the Vatican. It is close to Piazza Navona.
- Jh (10/5): Perfect stay. My family and I hope to return. - Beautiful, Interesting, full of character and charm. Best location for restaurants, outings, site seeing or just relaxing. The apartment is roomy, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The owner was welcoming on arrival and seemed to be proud of this unique property. Happy to say I was delighted with everything.
- Mary (10/5): - Great location, lovely historic building

- Troy (10/5): This property made our stay in Rome perfect. Great location and accommodations! -

- Jennifer (10/5): Awesome apartment - highly recommend it - Great location, large comfortable apartment
- Kim (10/5): Perfect Apartment in Rome - Historic apartment with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Great location with local amenities. Katya, was very helpful and offered lots of suggestions to make this a perfect trip to Rome. The only issue was the wi fi not working! Otherwise it was perfect.
- Liam (10/5): Great little spot, with a great location and the home has lots of history with a great host. - It was really easy Rose was there to open up and provide the keys, the property manager provided clear emails through Booking.com Just a note for fellow travellers, this isn’t a reflection on the host, but a word of caution when using taxis in Rome, especially around the train station. Be mindful with your luggage, as some drivers may try to charge extra under the guise of a “luggage tax.” Always request to use the meter rather than agreeing to a fixed fare, and confirm this before getting into the taxi. Also, a helpful tip I wish I’d known: the official flat rate for taxis from Fiumicino Airport (FCO) to the city is €55.
- Julie (9/5): Excellent location in Rome and beautiful older building with a wonderful host - The location of this apartment was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street, but with restaurants and bars all around! The apartment was quite large, with very high ceilings and beautiful old windows and door. The apartment did have some updates, yet retained the ambiance of an older and original building. Our host was always available to answer any questions, and secured us rides to and from the airport which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Would have preferred another double bed rather than a single
- Gretchen (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning old apartment! Very relaxing place to stay and in a great location. Katya lives in the same building, so she was able to come “rescue” us quickly when we somehow locked ourselves out on the terrace. Thank you!
The only downside was that the internet was pretty weak.
- Justine (10/5): Staying in a historical building with a friendly and thoughtful host in beautiful surroundings - Lovely and thoughtful host, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment (very comfortable beds), well stocked with everything we needed. Amazing location - walkable to everything and great wine bars, bakeries and friendly local village feel. Nothing - perhaps carrying our bags up 3 flights of stairs on arrival but we are used to this in Italy and it was definitely worth the effort. Everything else was perfect.
- Tpmorr1965 (10/5): Amazing Apartment Blocks from Campo de' Fiori - Katya was an amazing host. She met us upon arrival, handed over the keys and explained everything. She was available via WhatsApp any time we had a question. The apartment and building overall were fantastic! So quiet in the middle of Rome, and we loved having a living room, dining room and full kitchen with washing machine. I'm not sure how many times Katya had to tell my wife the apartment wasn't for sale! The location was perfect. Close to Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona. Easy access to bus lines in front of Chiesa Nuova and a 15 minute walk to Vatican City. I can't think of anything!
- Glenda (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location in the historical areas of Rome - This is a really beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The location made it an easy walk to all of Romes treasures. The area is quiet and once behind the street door you are in a tranquil courtyard, and into the building. The local cafes and restaurants were fabulous. The stairs were a bit hard with my suitcase, but you can’t stay in such a beautiful old building without the stairs so it was not a problem.
- Paioletti (10/5): I would stay there again - Quiet and very comfortable and great location. Nothing
- Iain (9/5): Liked the place and host very much - Location and facilities We had ants in one room, the host commented that the weather was to blame
- Nicola (10/5): Fantastic stay, kind amenable accommodating hosts. Definitely my first choice to revisit Rome - Location, historical specialness Nothing
- Andrei (9/5): Fantastic - Character , Location , Comfort , Relaxing atmosphere Nothing specific; given the historical context of the property , while we were absolutely fine with climbing a couple of floors , other visitors might be having a harder time .
- Dmytro (10/5): Exceptional - This is an apartment in a XV century palace, the most interesting place I've ever booked.
3 WCs, including 1 bath, really fully-equipped kitchen, nice balcony, very spacious.
The location is very good, a lot of sights are accessible by foot, the only downside - it's far from metro. We used bus and tram when needed. We liked everything, but I suppose the price will be much higher after this place gets enough reviews.
- Fariba (10/5): Spacious & Central - Extremely spacious with a patio and we were pleasantly surprised that we had three toilets! Beautiful historical building very central. Unfortunately no lift.
- Nikolay100 (10/5): Amazing apartment in Rome - Amazing apartment walking distance from most of the landmarks in Rome! Super spacious and very clean. It has everything you would need for a short or a long stay in Rome. The host was super helpful and nice. Totally recommended!
