Guest Reviews
- Alex (8/5): - Property was clean, new, room was large.
What would have help was instruction on how to use bathroom as a laundry dryer, adjust water heater temperature and washer.
Popular areas were close and easy to reach by taxi or train.
Uber would produce wrong address to similar property nearby. Area seemed less clean and safe as most places in Japan, still safe just a more run down area.
- Lisa (10/5): - Clean room, no staff, no breakfast, shops/food nearby (walking distant)
- Chung Yin (10/5): Great expereince of 14 days stay - The apartment comes with a washer which is essential for our 14 days long stay. The air conditioner is also functing well under the hot summer. The location of thr location is convenient and there are plenty of parking lots nearby with cheap overnight parking fee. The client service via the online chat is also responsive.
- Robert (10/5): - I picked the two room, four bed option to accommodate three people and it was excellent. So much room!
The Nankai train will bring you all the way from the airport but the walk from the station is just a little far especially if you have big bags. Once you're situated you're pretty close to three other train stations that will take you anywhere you want to go. There's a Don Quijote and a Daiso store nearby, and convenience stores with ATMs and where you can top up your rail card. You're also close to the Shinseki area with tons of shopping and dining.
Finding the entrance to the hotel was a little confusing as the signage at street level was very small and we missed it at first.
I didn't receive a wifi code so I had to message the hotel but they responded quickly. I had a couple of other questions and the hotel was responsive.
The hotel has been remodeled and everything was in near perfect condition. There are no towel bars anywhere however and we resorted to hanging towels wherever we could.
A nice feature is the washer/dryer in the bathroom. The instructions are in Japanese but by Googling the model number I found a manual for a similar model. The bad news is that the dryer function (8) will not actually get your clothes fully dry. We put our damp clothes on the hangers provided and then turned on the heat in the bathroom. There's a patio that would be great for hanging clothes but there's no clothesline.
In all we had a great stay and would stay here again.

- karl (10/5): - Lots of space , great for a family.
- sandra (10/5): - The property was clean and quiet. Chexk in was very easy
- karl (10/5): - En famille de 4 , l’établissement est parfait.
- Gloria (10/5): - It’s always a gamble reserving lodging in area you are unfamiliar with, let alone one that is in a completely different country than the one you live in. Apartment 11 was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was spacious and clean with a separate bedroom for me. My two 20 yo something girls occupied the remaining space. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and was a few minutes walking distance to Tauren tower and the rail station. Several eateries and minimarts were nearby too. Management quickly responded to text messages.
- Kalya (10/5): - Great, spacious property for our family of four. Comfy beds. Close to restaurants, subway and JR trains. Highly recommend.
- Natalie (10/5): - Situated in a quiet corner, and within walking distances to a subway, a tram and a train. My family and I absolutely adored this place. Its quiet, clean and spacious. I've booked the biggest room for a family of 5. Room was well kept and clean, just that the air filter/vent in the bathrooms needed some cleaning. 10/10! Would recommend!
- Alfonso (10/5): - Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the property. Room was big enough for us all, very clean. Shopping centers and the metro within a walkable distance. We were very pleased with our stay.
- Lam (10/5): - Good
- Ivan (10/5): - Very spacious and clean.
