• Miguel Ángel (1/5): Decepción - La ubicación fue lo único que nos gustó Nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa. Sinceramente, si no hubiera sido porque viajábamos en Semana Santa y no había alternativas disponibles a última hora, no nos habríamos quedado. Para empezar, el apartamento está en un tercer piso sin ascensor, con unas escaleras muy incómodas y difíciles para subir maletas. Este detalle no se informa de forma clara en ningún momento, y de haberlo sabido, jamás lo habríamos reservado, especialmente teniendo otras opciones similares de precio. Elegimos este alojamiento por la ubicación, lo cual resultó ser un error. Además, varios aspectos no coincidían con lo anunciado en Booking: Las fotos parecían corresponder a otros apartamentos, más amplios. La cafetera estaba rota (mango en mal estado). No había horno. Había varios enchufes rotos (solo 2 utilizables en todo el apartamento). No había plancha. La insonorización es inexistente, se escucha la calle igual con las ventanas abiertas que cerradas. En cuanto a la limpieza, fue especialmente preocupante: El suelo estaba pegajoso en todo el apartamento. El inodoro tenía suciedad visible en el fondo. La bañera estaba en mal estado; tuvimos que ducharnos con chanclas. Nos vimos obligados a limpiar antes de instalarnos. Para colmo, el personal de limpieza entró antes de la hora del checkout para recoger, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo. La situación fue tan desagradable que tuve que pedir disculpas a mi familia por haber hecho esta reserva. Insisto: solo nos quedamos porque no había otra opción disponible en ese momento

Trastevere is so charming - Owner/management won't reply during stay if there is an issue - On arrival we were said to be changed to a room different as advertised - Very poor maintenance. Some of the issues can/should be easily be solved, but we wonder why they are kept as the are. - Kitchen equipment could be improved. Stove not working properly - Bedroom bed very uncomfortable

• Jaime (10/5): Fantastic apartment was easy to get to, very comfortable, very safe. Appreciated the parking nearby - The host met us with keys within minutes of us arriving in the parking lot. Very easy and smooth transaction. Can't think of anything I didn't like! It was a great experience!

Appartamento in sè sufficiente ai nostri scopi (serviva solo per una notte). - Benchè sia stata modificata l'ubicazione, la struttura è rimasta nella zona da noi scelta. La dimensione dell'appartamento era sufficiente; la biancheria sul divano letto troppo piccola però alla fine siamo riusciti a dormire. Il letto normale andava bene e anche il bagno era confortevole. Assistenza di booking.com inutile e riferimento telefonico fornito era sbagliato. Dato che indicazioni erano state mandate al nostro cellulare (dimenticato a casa) ma non via mail siamo riusciti a contattare host solo fortuitamente, aiutati da alcune persone dell'attività situata a fianco. Sarebbe sufficiente avvisare per tempo i clienti della modalità di rilascio delle chiavi, noi eravamo alla prima esperienza e non ne sapevamo niente e non abbiamo trovato online nessuna informazione. Anche trovare le chiavi dell'appartamento non è stato facile e anche per queste abbiamo ricevuto aiuto da chi abitava o lavorava lì. Credo che fornire informazioni esatte, con adeguato anticipo e usando entrambi i canali, mail e telefono, faciliterebbe le cose a chi non ha esperienza. Noi siamo stati fortunati, altrimenti non avremmo avuto un posto dove dormire. Per ultimo ho provato a contattare anche alla mail fornita su booking.com ma non ho mai ottenuto risposta, magari anche quella era informazione errata come il numero.

• Viviani (7/5): Posizione top, da sistemare l’appartamento - La posizione molto comoda per girare la città e per vivere la vita serale a trastevere. Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento al primo piano. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato cuscini di scorta senza federe e macchiati, idem il piumone e mancavano delle accortezze. Consiglio al host, maggior cura come scottex in cucina e far trovare agli ospiti due salviette ciascuno e il tappetino per il bagno. Inoltre la doccia era impraticabile perché il vetro traballava con rischio di caduta del vetro. Aggiungo nota importante che non è presente il bidet, quindi di conseguenza si è obbligati ad entrare in doccia. Consiglio l’appartamento per due persone, perché il divano letto è rumoroso, per non parlare della gente alle 3 di notte sotto alla finestra che vomita. Invece, la camera matrimoniale molto silenziosa e carina.

• Carlos (8/5): Very good option - Location’s great, right at the edge of Trastevere, close to many good restaurants. You are at walking-distance from anywhere in Rome. Apartment is small, but comfortable. Several sockets do not work in the apartment. There was no sliding door in the shower but a curtain which was not in best condition.

• Josephine (4/5): Dissatisfied - Only location We were moved to another location for some reason. Told us it was the owner’s apartment. Apartment was spacious enough but not clean with owners dirty clothes in laundry hamper and razors in shower & toothbrushes in bathroom. No complimentary coffee left for us. Spiral staircase difficult to bring luggage up to bedroom Sheets were old. Pretty disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for.
• Helle (9/5): I would recommend - The location was absolutely perfect! 20 min walk to Pantheon, 30 to Colosseum and the Vatican. Supermarket 5 min and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was very charming and cozy, it had a kitchen with all the things you need. Had a washer too. Beds were firm and comfy. 2 pillows per person, which I love. Vita (the landlord) was super sweet and helpful. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. You could hear the upstairs neighbor turning in the bed (springs) and outside was constantly music and/or people singing/laughing/shouting (but you live smack in the middle of awesomeness and noise was to be expected). Could have been cleaner. Our feet got dirty when walking barefoot, because the tiles weren’t cleaned properly. When we ran out of toilet paper and asked for more, we were told to buy ourselves, because the firm who cleaned didn’t have anymore. For a stay costing beyond 130€ a night, there should be toilet paper available. The remote for the air condition in the bedroom didn’t work, but we just used the one from the kitchen. Freezer door didn’t close properly- it needed to be defrosted. But all in all I would recommend this apartment if not for anything else then for the location which I must stress was perfect!!!

• Emma (10/5): Fantastic stay in the bustling Trastevere - highly recommend! - It was a pleasure to stay in this amazing apartment. The host was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. He showed us through the apartment and explained all the amenities. Everything was clean, tidy and well stocked and the communication throughout was perfect. We love the location so much, nestled in the heart of a bustling little area. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. Everything was great!
