• Mysan (1/5): - Не сподобалось все. Парковки не має, а було написано що є. Написала що буду з маленькою дитиною, в номері було дуже брудно і я мусила мити підлогу, щоб моя дитина могла там ходити. В шафі лежала брудна постільна білизна. Духовка не працює. В вані після миття вода тече рікою на підлозі, дзеркало в ваній розбите. Мило житке для рук здається розбавлене водою.
• Alankar (1/5): Sehr schlecht - Seit dem Zeitpunkt meiner Ankunft in der Wohnung habe ich festgestellt, dass diese inakzeptabel ist. Das Hygieneniveau war äußerst unzureichend, bis hin zu dem Punkt, dass ich Milben im Bett vorgefunden habe. Ich habe den Eigentümer unverzüglich darüber informiert, dass ein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung für mich nicht möglich ist, jedoch wurde meinen Bedenken keinerlei Beachtung geschenkt. Sämtliche Mängel habe ich mittels Videoaufnahmen sorgfältig dokumentiert. Ich habe die Wohnung eine Stunde nach meiner Ankunft wieder verlassen, ohne darin übernachtet zu haben. Der Eigentümer war jedoch nicht bereit, mir mein Geld zurückzuerstatten. Daher bitte ich um eine vollständige Rückerstattung.
• Pavel (10/5): - Good apartmens for stayng. he location was perfect, close to local attractions 30minutes by public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had a fantastic experience throughout our stay.

• Robert (9/5): Ogólnie z pobytu w Wiedniu jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, a apartament okazał się całkiem znośny. - Przestronny apartament na poddaszu, duży pokój w którym mieści się łóżko małżeńskie z szafkami nocnymi i rozkładany tapczan. Osobno łazienka i toaleta. Przechodnia kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona. Nieduży taras na którym można wypić poranną kawę. Na wyposażeniu zmywarka oraz pralka, która akurat była niedostępna (pozostawiono pranie). ProTip #1 - za telewizorem jest schowany router na którym jest kodu QR. Po zeskanowaniu kodu można korzystać z szybkiego Internetu. ProTip #2 - na SmartTV jest zainstalowany Netflix z zalogowanym polskim kontem. ProTip #3 - polecam zostawić samochód na parkingu Park+Ride garage Hütteldorf (4,40 Euro/24h) około 5 min od miejscówki i poruszać się po Wiedniu autobusem/tramwajem/metrem ogólnie komunikacją miejską - jest genialna. Nie do końca było jednak kolorowo. Żeby otrzymać dostęp do apartamentu trzeba się zarejestrować na stronie wynajmującego do której link dostajesz przez wiadomość na Booking. Przy rejestracji trzeba podać dane osobowe wszystkich gości i zrobić zdjęcie dowodu lub paszportu. W łazience jest wanna, w której wzięcie prysznica powoduje zalanie części łazienki (brak osłony która ograniczałaby rozbryzgiwanie wody), nie było też żadnego mopa, którym można byłoby posprzątać. Żeby skorzystać ze zmywarki trzeba odłączyć lodówkę (pod lodówką w szafce pojedyncze gniazdko bez tz. złodziejki) Dwie sieci WiFi do których dostałem hasła, albo nie działały, albo zasięg był słaby lub zanikał.

• Katia (1/5): The place is dirty, dangerous and smelly. Hosts not answering, extremely unfriendly. - Good location. Everything else was bad. The fridge and the dishwasher didn't work at all. Bad smell. Everything was dirty, very low hygiene. Staircase to balcony was dangerous and wobbly, one can easily fall off it. The place wasn't cleaned after the people before, especially the floor, the couch very dirty, only one towel per person. Dishwasher was full with dirty dishes, washing machine with dirty laundry from before. Extremely bad service, no answers from the owners. Lying about fixing issues. In practice no connnection with the host.

• Elena (9/5): Overall, for one night, everything is very good. - Super comfortable and instant communication with the owner! Very easy and clear check-in at a time that was convenient for us. For me, these two factors are always the most important. The apartment is very warm, which is an undeniable plus for winter. The bed linen is clean. The floor is warm. I was satisfied. The sound of the boiler, loud and sudden. But we were very tired and slept soundly.

• Tara (10/5): Exceptional - I love how beautiful the apartment was. It was very clean, full of appliances, and everything else you need. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the terrace. Everything was great!
• Paulina (5/5): Disappointed - The place was roomy and sunny. The host was nice, but didn’t met personally. We found hair on linen which wasn’t ironed, so we wasn’t sure if it was washed after previous guests. The water boiler in a kitchen made sleeping difficult. The place didn’t look liked it was properly cleaned.
• Vera (1/5): Bad - To leave from there. The bugs in the bed. The oven didn't work, eletric cable hanging from the wall, the stair was dangerous, the wifi was not working, we had to leave early due to the bugs, and we didn't get any help from the staff. Horror experience.
