• carin (8/5): great apartment in central plaka - the room was very central, very neat and spacious. there was a lift for heavy suitcases. it felt very safe and secure. on thursday night a group of people checked in next door. they went out the evening and returned at 03:00 am. they were obviously inebriated, and were laughing and talking (shouting) extremely loud for almost two hours before they must have gone to bed. there is a connecting door between the 2 apartments, which probably makes the sound travel better. i sleep with earplugs, and the noise was so bad that it did not even help.

Υπήρχε πρωινή φασαρία κάτω από το διαμέρισμα αφού υπάρχει εστιατόριο όπου έκαναν τις σχετικές τους προετοιμασίες.
• Stevens (6/5): Noise problem - The locatoon was great. Room was clean & comfortable It was far too noisy. On my second night"'s stay, 2 yoiung men came into the room next door & made a lot of noise at 4am. One of them tried to open the connecting door to my room.. he was obviously drunk & wanted to see where the door led to. I got a fright & yelled at him from my room & he did stop. On the third night's stay, prople came into the same room at midnight & created a lot of noise. As I am a 70 year old lady travelling on my own,, I needed more seciriry to feel safer.at night. It wiuld have been ideal to have a reception area where I could have expressed any concerns.

• GEORGIA (10/5): Perfect location, central and clean and modern. - Amazing location, central and walking distance to Plaka and Parthenon. Beds very comfortable, clean and modern apartment. We stayed in apartment 5 and was comfortable for 3 adults. Also building has a lift so you do not even have to use the stairs to get to the first floor. Staff looking after the apartment were quick to respond to questions and helpful. Nothing I did not like. Would book the place again.

• Graham (9/5): Aberdeen fc on tour - Location was excellent close to everything. Host was very responsive and also arranged a taxi from the airport for us and also accommodated a late check out and taxi back to airport. The Taxi driver Pantelis was also so nice and was easy to pay both times.Wifi although didn't work straight of due to a glitch got sorted out by Anna and was good in the end.Would definitely come back here if retuning to Athens. Like I say everything so close. Mabey a safety deposit box that was fixed down but Appartments were very safe with metal doors so probably not a problem.

• Merve (8/5): - Konumu tüm turistik lokasyonlara yürüme mesafesindeydi, havalimanına giden metroya 5 dk, otobüs durağına 2 dk mesafedeydi, odamız temizdi ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Çok merkezi ve canlı bir lokasyonda olması sebebiyle biraz geceleri gürültülü oluyordu, camların yalıtımı yetersiz ama tolere edilebilirdi.

It can be solved partially by doubling the window glasses. And some necessary accesories in the bathroom like when showering you need a place to put shower gel and shampoo in the shower cabinet. And near the sink need something to put your toothbrush......

• JOANNA (8/5): Convenient and easy. - Clean, modern and convenient apartment for one person, The location couldn't be better- just 2 minutes away from the airport transfer bus X95 and taxi stand. Great to have somewhere to leave luggage while waiting to access the room. Lovely, helpful staff. Really good AC- quiet and efficient- which was necessary because the apartment was hot in late August. The single room no 4, without kitchen was dark- window facing out into void between buildings where other apartments opened onto. Also very noisy as the sound of neighboring rooms echoed into the void. It wasn't nice to open the windows. All the AC units where right outside my apartment window too, so the apartment was hot, humid and very noisy with the sound of humming AC units and dripping water all day and night. OK if you are a heavy sleeper and late night person.

• Haria (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη! Ωραίο άνετο δωμάτιο. Αυτή τη φορά, γιατί είναι η τετάρτη φορά που μένουμε εδώ, το κρεβάτι που κοιμήθηκα εγώ δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο ! Μπορεί να χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση! Επίσης ήμασταν εκεί 4 βράδια και η καθαρίστρια δεν ήρθε ποτέ και το βράδι πριν φύγουμε ήρθε για να μας αλλάξει τις πετσέτες που δεν χρειαζόταν!!! Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι αρκετά καλό!

• Egli (4/5): I wouldn't recommend it - It was a nice clean and modern apartment. The staff was very responsive and polite. The windows were not sound proof or temperature proof. In the night there was a lot of noise and cold air was coming from the windows. We had to move the bed of the kid away from the window due to the air coming in from the windows. The first night we couldn't sleep until 2a.m in the morning due to the noise.

• Paolo_udine (8/5): An excellent solution for five days in Athens - We really liked the position of the flat, the facilities around the apartment, the cleanliness and the security of the area The third bed in the flat communicates with the wall facing outwards so it is a little bit cold, noisy and too bright because of the curtains that do not darken the room properly. This makes the flat suitable for two people, but not for three people (adults)

Nice and clean room. Helpful staff. The water heater gives warm water enough for only 1 person to shower and u have to reconnect it and wait for 20 minutes for the other person to have warm water again.

Very clean and comfortable. Good communication from the host from the start of booking to us leaving. It was quite noisy being above eating places and the adjoining door to the next apartment let in quite a lot of noise from people staying next door.

• Nicholas (10/5): We had a remarkable stay in a great flat. Feel free to go for this one! - It's in the very heart of the city. There are all kinds of restaurants close by and in a circle around the flat lie most of the famous sites like Syntagma Square, Monstiraki or Anafiotika below the Acropolis. The room was clean and we easily found the property, the keys, etc. I can recommend it both for families or couples and will go there again (if it's available at the specific date) once I return to Athens.
