Guest Reviews
- Guest (1/5): Do not book - Terrivle The host refused check in for me
- Jean Ai (10/5): Fantastic short stay! - Very spacious!
Super comfortable beds and mattresses
Thoughtfully designed - for example, ample electrical outlets through the property, standing fans provided for warm days, spare extension cords provided in the wardrobes, etc.
Ridiculously convenient - it’s right next to Southfields Tube station but you don’t even hear the trains because of the double glazing. Zero problems sleeping.
Also right next to all kinds of shops, including Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Caffè Nero, a bunch of restaurants and thrift shops, and so on.
Owner very responsive to messages Nothing! We liked everything about it. The only thing I’d mention is it’d be useful to have more than one set of keys if multiple people are staying in the property

- Takiar (9/5): Luxury & spacious apartment in an incredible location. - Amazing location. Lovely furnishing. Very spacious with lots of natural light. Very comfortable & large lounge, with a huge smart tv. Lovely kitchen with all facilities & equipment. Couple of fixtures were loose, broken. One door handle came off. Lampshades in master bedroom were very low...kept hitting these with our head, Small issues really.
- Sarah Ruth (9/5): Lovely stay - Lovely and spacious. Great location next to the tube Nothing
- Alfonso (9/5): Worth the stay and a great location. - Location was perfect You can hear the trains, but you should expect this being so close to the tube station.
- Elizabeth (9/5): A lovely spacious modern apartment in a fantastic location. -
- Marco Orando (8/5): -
- Emanuela (7/5): - Per ritirare le chiavi in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto, ho dovuto pagare 50 sterline in contanti al tipo che gestisce l'abitazione.
- Helen (4/5): Disappointing - Cigarette buts all over radio. Floors were not really clean. Washer and dryer didn't work
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristen (7/5): Pleasant stay with great access to the tube but some issues - The flat had lots of room- 3 bedrooms (1 fairly large, 1 medium sized, and one pretty small). Decent sized living room with entrance to a balcony. Nice, but small, kitchen. Two full bathrooms- one large with tub/shower combo and one with very small shower. Towel warmers in bathroom. There is an underground station literally two doors down which made getting around very convenient. Grocery store (M&S) directly across the street. Pub about a block away. Easy check in and check out. I’m sorry to say the neighbor directly below us clearly smoked pot frequently so we could smell it in our flat consistently, especially in the kitchen but honestly in the whole flat at times. The beds in the two bigger rooms were not comfortable. The larger room did not have blackout curtains so it got very bright in there. The train is directly below our bedroom window so could get a bit noisy but not enough to disturb sleep. No elevator so you have to walk up two flights of stairs.
- Karina (8/5): Very good -
- Harry (5/5): Passable - Great location and nice apartment WiFi is bad , fire alarm beeping the whole time we were there
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Tsz (7/5): Excellent location. The area feels safe, and the staff are nice and helpful. - Excellent location—very convenient for traveling to the heart of London by underground or bus. Just a 1-minute walk from the apartment to the station, and the space is ideal for a group. The apartment is very close to the station, so you may hear train sounds at night. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. Also, the apartment is on the third floor without a lift, so it's not ideal for anyone who may struggle with stairs. However, if these aren't issues for you, this is a great place to stay!
- Brian (8/5): Apartment has great location and nearby conveniences. Great for groups or families. - Excellent location for London. Next to Tube stop. Shops and restaurants all nearby and convenient. Roomy, clean. A bit noisy with street noise and trains - but acceptable. Needs instructions for using clothes washer. No clothes dryer - only drying racks. (it advertised that it has one). This is important to American guests who will expect a machine dryer. Ran out of toilet paper. Small shower has slow drain. Could also use a coffee pot.
- Dace (9/5): Comfortable and spacious - Comfortable rooms, close to public transport - metro and bus stop just at the house. The keys received and returned to another address close to the appartment, and I could return also at 5 AM. Two bathrooms. If you have a light sleep, the noise from street at night can disturb you. Otherwise nice area.
- Nadia (9/5): Superb -
- Weir (9/5): Really good - Location, clean
- Mark (6/5): Not good value for money but the apartment was lovely. - The size was brilliant Limited utensils/baking trays in kitchen limiting the ability to cook. No tea or sugar provided and the kitchen roll had not been replaced, no fresh dish cloth made available and only used dirty kitchen sponges for washing pots. The apartment entrance door needs a new mortice lock as it fails to lock and unlock.
- Quoctien (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the property next to the train very convenient and also nice to have a market store next to it was nice, It is a double edge sword the noise from the train is very loud, but on top the cleanliness of the facility was not up to par from beer bottles in cabinets or even cigarette butts on the patio
- Robert (8/5): Very good - good location - underground station next door and bus stop outside.
spacious accommodation with 3 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
clean and comfortable. new fittings. several balconies.
near shops and a pub property is on 2nd floor with no lift!
- Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (8/5): Very good - The location was central with good access to shops and the apartment was spacious You could hear the trains albeit that they ceased around 11pm but started again at approx 6am
- Ann (8/5): Very good -
- Hans (8/5): Very good -
- Raluca (10/5): Great stay for a family or group of friends. - Our group loved the apartament. Indeed, is not central, but the District line takes you in Central London fast. The apartment is luminous and spacious and we had everything that needed. Great value for what we paid, totally worth every penny.
- Omar (10/5): Perfect location - Neatness and organization of furniture. I was required to cover the cost of parking.
- Nomusa (10/5): Would definitely consider it again when travelling with family. - The property is perfectly located next to the Southfields underground station and conveniently opposite a Marks & Spencer and nice eateries. It spacious and well kept. When we arrived, the ground floor main entrance was littered with leaves and small rubbish from the area. We had to sweep this away. Though it wasn’t a nice welcome, the interior was very clean and we were happy with our stay.
- Adele (9/5): Excellent property , close to local tube/train line . Great value for money -
- Marcel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liron (8/5): Nice place to stay - Location is Super if you are not sensitive to tube noise. The apartment becomes very hot since noon time.
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Corina (9/5): Modern, clean and light appartement. - The penthouse is a modern and clean appartment with everything in It. The Southfields metrostation is around the corner and there is a supermarket across the street.
Great shower and kitchen. Beds are fine so we had a lovely time in this appartement. The only things we can think of are : the door to one of the bathrooms could not be opened properly. It was stuck on the ground. And maybe it is better to have someting else on the ground on the big balcony because the green carpet is always wet due to the rain. And one of the bedrooms needs a blackout curtain because it is very light in there.
- Wendy (10/5): excellent time here. I was in close proximity to my favorite coffee shop. - very clean and close to everything.
