• Roya (3/5): In Ordnung - Die Lage ist super Der Geruch sehr unangenehm chemisch. Und man konnte so gut wie gar nicht lüften. Neben dem Bett lag eine tote Kakerlake. Die Waschmaschine hat eine Trocknerfunktion, die ziemlich schlecht ist. Dadurch sind meine Klamotten sehr nass geblieben.

• Peach (8/5): - Excellent location right in the heart of Bukit bintang. The size of the property was amazing, with 2 generously sized bedrooms. Property was clean and the building felt very safe. Having WiFi and a washer dryer were definitely a good added bonus to our trip Windows weren't very sound proof so can hear a lot of outside noise at night but didn't affect my stay as I always wear ear plugs.

L'emplacement est parfait, tout près de Bukit Bintang, des restaurants et des centres commerciaux. Il y a un peu de bruit de ventilation, mais ce n'est pas vraiment gênant si on dort avec des bouchons d'oreille.

• Ho (5/5): Passable - I am writing this review after my second stay in the apartment. Upon opening the door an immediate smell of damp and mould hit us. My father and I began to have breathing issues and had to go to a nearby pharmacy for an inhaler and antihistamines. After buying and using a disinfecting spray this helped a fair bit. The host was told about this issue for future reference. The bedding in the room with two single beds was scruffy and had been patched up. After the breathing issues we stripped the beds and washed the bedding to ensure it was clean. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room and we had to buy extra repellent for our protection. The shower door doesn't close properly so be advised it leaks through a large gap when in use. Now for the positives. It is in a great location and is an inexpensive stay. The hosts reply quickly and are attentive. The kitchen/living area is large and does have plenty pots and pans to use on the stove. Cutlery wasn't too much of an issue, just needs one or two more bowls. Toiletries (shampoo and body wash) are provided.

• Matthew (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. It was a short walk to everything. It was nice and clean and comfortable. The place needed work. The shower head kept falling down. An architrave around the door was falling off with exposed nails, the bed side material was all torn and it needed a good repaint. Only the shower head was annoying. The rest didn't effect the comfort, it just looked really poor.

• Mohd (9/5): Superb - Strategic place and easy to walk around the Bukit Bintang area like; lot 10, pavilion and etc. There is a mini mart called 7Eleven below next to the entrance, lobby. There is also shop, restaurant near this building. The safety here is also guaranteed. Worth the price to stay here. Recommended.

• Nidzam (10/5): TOTAL RECOMMENDED IF YOU'RE IN BUKIT BINTANG - the apartment is super clean and everything is already provided by the host. The host also is very helpful and kind ( kudos to Mr. Leong). It is very near the most hotspots in bukit bintang, everything is just a few minutes walk. About the parking, people always said that it's expensive, guess what? It's not that bad at all. During my stay for 5 days and 4 nights, I literally left my car in the basement parking spot throughout my stay and I visited all the bukit bintang area, batu caves, klcc, petaling street and many others ONLY by walking and Grab cars. I was expecting the parking gonna cost me around hundreds, turns out it only cost me RM48. So with all 24 hours of security and cctv, that price for a car park is worth it! I even wandered around the street area near the building at around 2 to 4 am for a smoke and I don't feel any danger or threat at all! The area is safe. Also during those late hours there are still a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby which still operate. Overall, this place is a perfect place to stay in the Bukit bintang area whether you're travelling alone, with friends or family. It has 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen size bed and a room with a single bed + 1 extra mattress). it can easily fit a family of 4 to 6. Plus, almost everything is already provided by the host, microwave, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, water dispenser, cloth hangers, kitchen cutleries, bath towels even shampoo and body wash, it's all there. 10/10 totally recommended. I'm planning to book this apartment again soon. I am aware of noise complaints based on the previous comment around here about the "knocking" sound probably from the construction area nearby the building. Somehow during my stay, i met a neighbour who lives a few doors away and found out that the noise is coming from "a guy who really loves his wife", that's all. Honestly, I don't see anything wrong with this place and everything is fine.

Will consider to book again for future group trips. - a very comfy unit for us group of 4. complete with washer dryer, microwave and utensils. amenities provided shower cream, shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, detergent, iron with iron board, hairdryer and bath towels. great location with seven eleven, laundry and surrounded by shopping malls. some plates in the cabinet was not washed properly and have dried food stains so need to wash it first before use. the curtains have a gap in between, we are all women so it's a bit uncomfortable to change cloth with the lights on.

• Airulelinawati (10/5): insyaAllah, i would like to stay here again for my next trip, - everything's was perfect, the location of the properties is just perfect, wifi is super fast than the digi line that we bought. seven eleven just at the ground floor which was very convenient for us to buy things, all the famous shopping mall just few minutes away. we can walk to TRX for 10minutes from our apartment :), and the owner let us check in earlier from our agreement which i was very very happy that time(may god bless his heart). and we coincidentally met him at our last day in KL, he is very friendly and young too. 5days 4 nights with affordable price. thank you so much mr,steven NONE

• Ujie (8/5): Very good - The location is very close to the shopping paradise, Lot 10, Sungai Wang, Pavilion, H&M..Just take a few minutes to walk. There is a 7 Eleven. If you are hungry, you can walk to the side of the building, there is a mamak restaurant, Pakistani, halal and non-halal. Laundry is also available. Nearby hotels are Sleeping Lion, Starhill, AXON Residence, Park Royal Hotel, Fahrenheit and many more. The room I stayed in had 2 rooms, a master room and a room for 2 people. Enough for me, my husband and 2 children. Connecting toilet. There is a washing machine, microwave, cooking stove for cooking but we don't cook, mostly just eat outside. The aircon is cold ehhe... The staff are all very nice and quick to answer if there is any problem. Can say everything is perfect. Worth it and satisfied. One day if I come to KL you will stay here. The host told me in advance about the exhaust fan in the bathroom being quite noisy and he told me to turn off the light switch in the bathroom. It's true that the exhaust fan is too noisy, if there is a remote to reduce the noise, I will mute it hahaha...that's the problem we're facing. If you don't switch it off, it's really noisy to sleep. That's all the other problems are only small things that can be handled.

• Angeline (7/5): We enjoyed it as it was so close to everything in Bukit Bintang. Suitable for budget travellers as this place is value f - Location is perfect! Next to Sungei Wang and Lot 10, less than 5 mins walk, counting from the lobby of the apartment. Pavilion is close too and not to mention the new TRX is within walkable distance. The staffs were attentive and quick to respond to the issues we encountered during our stay like TV and shower. The apartment is old and it is time to change the furnitures in the apartment to give it a fresher look.

Exactly in Bukit Bintang and walking distance to Pavilion, TRX mall, Sungai Wang, Lot 10, Berjaya Times Square and jalan Alor. Lots of food surrounding and mini market is exactly next door. The bedrooms are clean and tidy. Fast wifi, tv and comfortable beds too. We will definitely come back here again. The toilet grout is a bit mouldy and the shower door cannot close properly so water goes everywhere.

There was very little cutlery and crockery. We would have liked a toaster. There was not even a knife for spreading butter. One of the airconditioners developed a fault. on the second last day. Someone came to fix it, with only short term success. The reception area is being refurbished it is a sea of scaffolding and drop sheets. The beds were overly firm for my taste. There were no instruction manuals for washer,dryer.

It was a safe place to stay where there is a security guard and also require specific card access for each level. The internet speed is satisfying fast (previously stay at other Hotel, the internet speed is low) connect my laptop to tv and watch netflix and others during night time. Require to repair the Ventilation Fan (noisy if switched on).

The collection of access card and key is hassle free as the host tell the procedure beforehand in the WhatsApp group he created." Location "Location of the residence is excellent.... in the heart of Bukit Bintang, walking distance to all major shopping malls and restaurants. Even there is 7-Eleven near the entrance of the residence if you need to get the basic amenities or light snack late at night." Facilities "Household equipment such as washing machine, microwave oven, cooking stove, cutleries TV, WiFi Router are provided to make your stay as conducive as possible. All the room are air-conditioned and functioning. Not forgetting the water pressure is strong here even we situated on level 12." Safety "There are securities working 24/7 on the ground floor and even to get to the floor you assigned to need access card. Therefore no issue in term of safety and security here."
