• alessandro (1/5): Indecente - Niente Struttura orribile. Sporca è dire poco, quando si entra sembra di stare in un film horror. Ho dovuto dormire vestito la prima notte per la paura di prendermi qualcosa, il mattino dopo ho lasciato la casa chiedendo subito un rimborso che non mi è stato fatto. Ho dovuto trovare un’altra sistemazione buttando via soldi.

• Jovana (5/5): - The location is great but the entrance in the building seems sketchy and a bit unsafe at night, towels were clean, plus points for thr full body mirror. The bed was nice. There was a strange odor coming from the bathroom, the sink was dripping and the shower curtian was dirty. What triggered me the most was the curtian on the window that was not covering anything and people could see inside. If you are a solo traveler or a girl don't come here. Also there is no heating, inside of the apartment is the same temperature as inside the fridge.
• Ari-Pekka (4/5): - It was warm and the location is good, close to public transport and pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants. WiFi worked well. First of all, it is not one bedroom 30 m2 apartment, but 23 m2 studio. The shower curtain rail almost fell off as the fitting to the wall was loose for a long time already. We had to use a hair dried cable to fix it to the pipe on the ceiling. Also, the shower hose was damaged and sprayed the water all around. We fixed it with duck tape. Worst points is that the owner did not pay any attention for our three complaints, never replied to a word. The only issue Jakob was interested in was, that we have to leave latest at 10AM. Terrace was extremely dirty, full of pigeon poo, and pigeons also were there all the time. Therefore, we would not recommend this place, and Jakub shall correct the apartment details in Booking.

• Simona (5/5): Viaggio a Vienna 🇦🇹 - Niente Troppo piccola, dalle foto su booking sembrava molto più grande. Il bagno piccolo e scomodo e la doccia era rotta. Mancavano pentole, stoviglie e posate. Il divano letto era scomodissimo. Terribile!

• Lisa (1/5): - 15 Uhr check in , 15:20 war noch immer das putzpersonal nicht fertig, daraufhin wollte ich stornieren da ich in die Arbeit musste und ich nicht Mal Zeit hatte mich kurz umzuziehen oder mich frisch zumachen ! Wohl gemerkt ist das nur ein Zimmer in einer großen Wohnung mit mehreren zimmer was alle Vermietet werden. Und kein ganzes Appartment wie es hier beschrieben wird. Sehr wenig Verständnis von dem Herren am Telefon, Ich habe denn Aufenthalt storniert da es eben in mehreren Punkten nicht gepasst hat von der Seite des Herren ,bis heute hab ich nicht Mal die hälfte von meinen Geld zurück bekommen obwohl ich das Appartment nicht genutzt. Habe und storniert habe.

Es gibt keine Heizung es gibt keine Bettwäsche es gibt keine Handtuch die Toilette und die duschen das sind dreckig und schmutzig nicht mal sauber nicht mal desinfizieren. Das Bild von Booking nicht aktuell. Das sind vielleicht schon zehn Jahre die Bilder der Haus sieht total un miserabelische sparen oder Geld und schauen Sie sich auf der Bewertung meine Fehler war, dass ich nicht die Bewertung gelesen habe.

• Anna (7/5): Good stay - Good price and location. Relatively clean. Close to the metro stop, tram stop and the main train station. The shower head was leaking and the bathroom door is so close to the toilet, it was difficult to move around. From the pictures I thought there was a separate bedroom, but the bed and and the sofa were close by in the same room.

• Sofia (1/5): Disappointed - The courtyard had lots of rats due to the trash at every corner. The balcony was covered in bird fecies, the room itself was also not clean and had bugs as well as spiders. Unfortunately the bedding was also not clean and had stains and hair on it. The rod that the shower curtain was on curved downwards in the middle which left the sides completely open, which in turn sprayed the water all over the bathroom. The area was also not safe in the evenings. Value for money was not met, unfortunately would not recommend.
• Zuzanna (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the train station and metro. All amenities were there (beddings, towels, coffee machine, kettle, ...) Neighborhood (rats on the patio, police intervention in early morning), shower was leaking and moist smell in the bathroom (ventilation probems?)

• Stefaniia (10/5): Exceptional - very convenient location, we easily reached the station on foot with our suitcases. the apartment had everything necessary for a stay. bed linen and towels were fresh, the apartment was also really clean. very convenient check-in, no need to wait for anything. also in the apartment there is a coffee machine and incredibly delicious coffee, it made our morning more pleasant. thank you very much to the owner. when we are in Vienna again, we will definitely stay there.
• Jessica (8/5): Cute little apartment - Apartment itself was well decorated, had all we needed for our stay. Entrance to the apartment is quite dark and lots of junk/construction waste in the courtyard. No locked doors until actual door to the apartment which didn't feel particularly secure.

The communication with the host was smooth, we had some problems with the apartment at the beginning but he did his best to resolve the situation. The apartment was to small for 4 people. The entrance was a bit creepy.

• Oğuzhan (7/5): Far away from center but cheap and comfy - All prepared kitchen. Clean place. Comfy bed. Photos look like bigger place but there was one room altogether one step to bed from coach and one step to coach from kitchen. Balcony has no view just wall but its ok for smoke
• Allan (7/5): Okay of a stay. - Upon arrival I received instructions on entry to the apartment, I was also allowed to check in almost an hour earlier than stated hour, which was nice. Apartment is minutes away from underground and main train station, easy to walk from and to. Decoration of the apartment was nice. The apartment is smaller than what it looks in photos, it’s all one single space, kitchen, dinning table, sofa/bed and bed it’s all there together. Tiny. Okay for a short stay but best to know in advanced what you getting. Both bed and sofa were nicely arranged but far from comfortable, sofa especially is old, wobbly and raggedy. A very basic apartment for a very short stay.

• Jie (5/5): Do not recommend - The location is not bad, close to the bus stop and 6mins to metro The place is hard to find, the apartment building is quite old and dirty outside with bad smell

• Eden (8/5): Very good - near city centre, accessible to bus and tram, near groceries Aldi and Lidl, has kitchenette cooker, ķettle, microwave,fridge and cutlery. Has shampoo, body wash, toilet tissue papers, kitchen towel, tissue paper, hair dryer. Comfy bed and pillows but not the sofa bed. Has towels and hangers. Has very good free WiFi. No hot water on the night and on the day of our last stay in the apartment, it wasn't fix but gave us an alternative to use another apartment's toilet to be able to have a shower. The apartment is small as shown. The entrance door leading to the apartment and the apartment door, before going upstairs, both were always open, accessible to anyone but our room has it's own door that you can lock. The sofa bed is not comfy. Dirty outside of the apartment.
• Haoqiang (4/5): Tolerable - If you like exotic life style, if you like to experience construction noise, if you like to go to you room through the rubbish, this place is your nice choice in vienna. Yes, this place is in vienna. The spider net need to be removed. The rubbish bin need to be cleaned. The sofa is not suitable for normal people to sleep. The smell of the room is a mix of perfume, formaldehyde, dust, mold.

• Garrett (9/5): Superb - Well renovated, quiet, comfortable studio apartment, well located and accessable to public transport, shopping, and restaurants. A good fit for two people and includes a nice little kitchenette with stove, microwave, and fridge. Very nice shower, also. Price is fair and better value than most nearby Vienna hotels. Hosts are also very helpful and accommodating which is a major plus. Not necessarily problems, but just for people to know, the room will likely feel a little smaller than depicted in the photos, but I think it is listed at 30m^2, which seems accurate. Also, the entryway leading to the room is pretty janky. Don't be scared away by the outside though, because the interior is very nice.
