• Leonie (5/5): Nice friendly staff good transfers. Needs some repair . - The location and the size of the apartment . The connection to and from the airport was great and very friendly staff. It was nice and quiet . There was no pool or any outside areas. The courtyard had a broken umbrella so no shade and actually the main couch had no cushions so you couldn’t sit there. There were a few unclean areas . The tv upstairs didn’t work and the very old aircon was loud and not so good.
• mohammed (10/5): - Staff met us on airport. Transported our luggage for us while we drove the buggy. Property was comfortable and had everything we needed. Exceptional experience!
• Kyle Miller (6/5): We made it work but will stay elsewhere in future - The airconditioner units (3) were very noisy, VERY dated and EXTREMELY dusty. Obviously never been cleaned. The ceiling fans were also covered in dust, as was the exhaust in the bathroom. The outdoor area had little view, was covered in leaves, the cushions on the seats were ripped open and very uninviting and the umbrella was worn and unusable. No attempt to present this area for use had been made. We didn't spend any time out there! The complex pool was "under renovations". What an understatement! it was a large hole in the ground surrounded by a fence.

• Trev (7/5): Good - Location ideal. The pool was empty and damaged and had been that way for a long time by the looks of it, we were not made aware of this and it detracted from our experience and expectations for the price we paid.
• Sue (5/5): Disappointed - Good location Swimming pool not open, this was booked because it had a pool. Buggy not charged on first day of arrival so missed out on a days use. Shower cubicle broken, causing bathroom floor to be wet after showering. Only 1 towel provided for each person for a 5 day stay. Washing machine in the apartment but no drier so couldn’t wash them.
• Craig (8/5): Amazing experience! - Staff met us on site. Highly engaging. Transported our luggage for us while we drove the buggy. Exceptional experience!
