• Benedicta (6/5): Schöne Wohnung jedoch ohne funktionierender Klima - Die Lage war super. Man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schnell überall hingelangt und es war echt super, dass gleich nebenan ein Supermarkt war. Das Wohngebäude war auch sehr nett und das Apartment ist schön, geräumig und hell. Man hat nichts von nebenliegenden Wohnungen gehört. Der Blick hinaus war auch nett. Dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat - bei 30+ Grade. Das Apartment war so heiß wie eine Sauna und es wäre ohne Ventilator (wir haben das Personal von Hostmate darum gebeten, einen Ventilator zu besorgen) nicht erträglich gewesen. In unseren 2 Nächten in der Unterkunft konnte die Klimaanlage nicht repariert werden. Was für uns leider ein großer Minuspunkt war, da bei so einer Hitze eine Klima nötig ist. Ich finde auch, dass die Küche zum Beispiel mit mehr ausgestattet sein könnte und zumindest Seife beim Waschbecken in der Küche und im Bad vorhanden sein könnte. Ich habe selbst vom Supermarkt Flüssigseife besorgen müssen.

• Τσιριτάκης (9/5): Απολύτως ευχαριστημένοι - Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι απο την εξυπηρέτηση του Josef ηταν ευγενικός, πρόθυμος και στο check-in μπορέσαμε να συνεννοηθούμε άμεσα. Ο χώρος ηταν καθαρός και η τοποθεσία μολις 20 λεπτα απο το κέντρο και ακριβως διπλα απο μετρο πολλή βολική. Δεν υπήρχαν σοβαρά αρνητικά στο κατάλυμα. Μονάχα η τιμή θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο χαμηλότερη αλλα σε σχέση με τα πλησιέστερα διαμερίσματα ειναι αρκετα value for money

• Nurin (10/5): Exceptional - The place is near to the metro station and there is a supermarket nearby. You also have variey choices of restaurants near the house. I suggest a pizza place near this place which is quite near the metro station. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The check-in process is quite confusing. Please read the instructions and explanation carefully to avoid any misunderstanding like I did.
• Sophie (10/5): An amazing stay and would definitely return! - The property was the perfect location to get into central Milan and surrounding areas. Tram stop directly outside and a 5 minute walk to the closet metro where you can be at Duomo within 2 stops!! Apartment is clean and bed is comfy. A kitchen full of utensils, fresh towels and bedding. Just a great location to stay! I think the paint work is slightly dated so could do with being redone!

• Daniel (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is clean, well heated and the bed is comfortable. the flat is poorly maintained. Ventilation does not work in the toilet/shower. Half the blinds are broken. In the kitchen, there is not even a frying pan or a bread knife. The pots need changing. It's a bit cheap to only offer one roll of toilet paper on arrival. But then, if it's only to sleep for 2-3 nights, it does the job.

• Shah (1/5): POOR EXPERIENCE - will not recommend this to anyone - I recently stayed at this Airbnb property, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. There were numerous issues that seriously hindered the comfort and convenience of our stay. I feel obligated to share my concerns so that future guests can make an informed decision. First and foremost, the bathroom was a major concern. The exhaust fan was completely non-functional, and to make matters worse, there was no window for ventilation. This left us puzzled as to how we were expected to maintain a fresh and hygienic atmosphere in the bathroom. This basic amenity is a must-have, and its absence was a significant letdown. The list of problems continued with the laundry facilities. While a washing machine was provided, there was no detergent available. It's unreasonable to expect guests to carry their own detergent, especially when the listing didn't clarify this requirement upfront. If detergent is not provided, it should not be advertised as a facility at all. Similarly, the dishwasher was offered as a facility, yet no dishwasher tablets or soap were provided. This oversight made it impossible for us to effectively clean our utensils, adding unnecessary hassle to our stay. Clear communication about what is and isn't provided is crucial for a comfortable experience. Additionally, several blinds in the apartment were malfunctioning, affecting our privacy and the amount of natural light we could control. Maintenance should be a priority to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. The issues with cleanliness were glaring. The sink's drainage was blocked, causing water to drain very slowly. Furthermore, the shower's drainage was clogged, and the shower head itself was defective. These plumbing problems were not only inconvenient but also unsanitary. The lack of functioning amenities continued with the coffee machine and kettle both being out of order. The presence of coffee pods felt ironic given the coffee machine's non-functionality. This inconsistency between what is promised and what is delivered is frustrating. The air conditioning proved to be inadequate for a property advertised as suitable for four adults across two rooms. Furthermore, the absence of a door separating the kitchen from the rest of the apartment allowed the cold air to escape, rendering the AC's efforts ineffective. Perhaps the most baffling aspect was the cleanliness of the apartment. It was far from acceptable, and I will be sending photographic evidence to the host as proof. No guest should have to endure such substandard conditions. To top off the litany of disappointments, the provision of just one toilet roll for four adults, especially for an intended three-night stay, is utterly unreasonable. This lack of consideration for guests' basic needs is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, my experience at this Airbnb property was disheartening and frustrating. The numerous issues we faced seriously impacted our stay, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this property to anyone else. I will certainly be leaving a detailed review on [link removed] to ensure others are aware of the challenges they might face. The host must address these concerns urgently to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for future guests.

• Holly (9/5): would 100% recommend good for visiting the city as it’s near everything, just too hot and no TV - It’s only a 10 minute walk from centre and Duomo, owner was very friendly no tv or air conditioning in the room was too hot

• Krina (9/5): Excellent - Property is very close to all the attractions, within 20min walking distance but the flat is still in a area which was quiet at night which was perfect. Flat was very clean and had all the amenities needed (washing up liquid, sugar, coffee etc). They even made the sofa bed for us before our arrival which was very nice of them. Would definitely stay here again. Need a microwave, but thats only purely for me to sterilise my babys bottles in.

• Avee (7/5): there is escalator but only to 3rd floor. Despite that’s I ask is there any staircase b4 booking they did mention there - the big space with all you need the check in, u have to collect they key from other locations which actually is quite distance frm the apartment.

In a residential building. the place has been new refurbished but not kept in good condition. the walls are dirty for some reason. not very clean, in the shower you could see a color changing of the tiles. a door window couldn’t close properly. not very quick and clear massage response. I arrived at the office to pick up the keys 15 minutes before closing time and the lift just didn’t stop at their floor ( apparently they do that on purpose)
