• Emin Kaya (9/5): Atina'nin en iyi lokasyonu - Atina'nin en iyi konumuna sahip. Her yer birbirine yurume mesafesi 20 dakika oldugu icin Acropolis'in dibinde yer tutmaniza gerek yok. Kolonaki bolgesi modasiyla, yemegiyle, servisiyle, insaniyla en iyi yer diyebilirim. Ihtiyaciniz olan her sey evde yer aliyor. Sicak su konusunda problem yasamamiza ragmen hizlica aksiyon alarak sorunu cozduler. 8 gunluk tatilimiz icin en iyi yeri sectigimize inaniyoruz.

• lena handrinou (3/5): ΕΦΙΑΛΤΙΚΗ - Mονον η τοποθεσία αξιζε!!!!!! Ένα παλιό διαμέρισμα, υποτίθεται ανακαινισμενο .Η παραλαβή των κλειδιών και η τοποθέτηση τους στο ίδιο κουτι , κατά την αναχώρηση, ήταν πραγματικά μαρτύριο!!!Ο θερμοσίφωνας δεν λειτούργησε το πρώτο βράδυ, και ενων ειχα ενημερώσει για χειρουργείο που θα ακολουθούσε το πρωί, ήταν απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά!!!Υπήρχε πολύς θόρυβος στην οικοδομή, και πολλές φορές, αργ το βράδυ χτυπούσαν με τα χέρια την εξώπορτα του διαμερίσματος. Ήταν εφιαλτικά.!Τα μπάνια δεν κρατούσαν τα νερά, και πλημμύρισζαν. ΕΠΡΕΠΕ ΣΥΝΕΧΕΙΑΝΑ ΣΦΟΥΓΓΑΡΙΖΟΥΜΕ. Δεν υπήρχαν παντζούρια και νοιώθουμε ανασφαλείς, με απλά τζάμια στα παράθυρα. Το πιο τραγικό, λόγω του χειρουργείο ζητήσαμε 2 extra μαξιλαρια και 2 σετ πετσετες. Η σπαντηση ήταν "δεν έχουμε μαξιλαρια" και" εάν θέλετε πετσετες, θα πληρώσετε για μια προσώπου και μια μεσαία, 20 ευρω"!!!!!!ΦΥΣΙΚΑ ΔΕΝ ΔΕΧΘΗΚΑΜΕ ΚΑΙ ΑΗΟΡΑΣΑΜΕ ΜΙΑ ΠΕΤΣΕΤΑ ΜΕΓΑΛΗ αφού οι 2 πετσετες του καταλύματος ήταν μεσαίες....Νοικιάσουμε χρονια από booking, σε όλο τον κόσμο.Με διαφορά, το χειρότερο κατάλυμα με τους πιο αγενείς και αδιάφορους διαχειριστές!!!Ειλικρινά, δεν αντιλαμβανομαστε ,τις όσες θετικές κριτικές έχει....

• Christina Pantazi (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a very nice street in the center of Athens - This is an excellent apartment in a very nice, central area of Athens. Close to everything you need. Modern, clean, great facilities. Communication was fine as well. Highly recommended. All was good.

• Toni (7/5): Well located, functional! - The location of the flat was ideal for my needs – I had things to do at the Megaron. The furnishings are minimalist but functional. The living room opens onto a balcony facing the street, but this is not a problem as the street is lined with beautiful trees. Everything you need for a few days' stay was there, including a washing machine that worked well. The bedroom opens onto a very ugly courtyard and the small balcony is cluttered with cleaning utensils. It is therefore better to keep the curtains closed. However, this means that there is hardly any daylight in this room and no view. This is something that annoys me greatly. Upon arrival, the key box could only be opened after lengthy and repeated attempts using the code. I reported the problem immediately, but it occurred again when I returned the key on departure.
• Anna (10/5): Great location and cozy balcony - The location is just perfect!! Really close to two metro stations, walk distance to National Garden and Syntagma, and the neighborhood is so green, clean and calm. We felt safe walking late in the evening. As for the apartment, it has everything you might need for the stay, including washing machine and iron. It was nice to have two separate bathrooms for the three of us. And the balcony! It was our favorite breakfast spot :) It was a bit cold, so we had to turn on AC, but during summer I think it will be a big advantage. It would be nice if there were slippers

• Tina (6/5): Liked the location but disappointed with the heating and the initial attitude of the host staff. - Great location and plenty of space. Pleasant decor. The flat was very cold on arrival with only one out of two fully functioning air conditioning heaters. There was no additional heating anywhere else in the flat. The bathrooms were very cold and we slept in our coats the first night. It took a full day with the heating on the whole time and all internal doors open for the flat to warm up. Before arriving, we asked for additional blankets because it was very cold at the time and we were assured the flat was fully equipped. However there was only a thin duvet on each of the beds.
• Kristiina (5/5): Looks promising but not a pleasant apartement to stay - Very good location in the suburbs of Kolonaki The place is not really a home but obvious rental, I kind of survived my stay rather than enjoyed. Dark with never any sunshine, also damp as it was cold in November (there was aictcon though which helped but makes a lot of noise). The kitchen was unconfortable with a big locker hanging on your head separating the kitchen and living, closets difficult to open/close. No place to have dinner. The barstools are not for sitting - unconfortable. The view from bedroom was horrendous (ladder and cleaning utensils placed on the French balcony). The rugs in the flat were extremely dirty (the owner promised to clean them though). In the entrance there is a man (working there) sitting and smoking all day long - not a pleasant way to get home).

• Haris (10/5): Great Apartment, Location, Communication and Good Value for money. - Location was excellent. Between 2 Metro Stations (3-4 minute walk). Just 1 Stop From Syntagma (Center of Athens). Quite neighborhood with nice restaurants and bars near by (3-4 Minutes walk). Very clean and well equipped. Netflix, Espresso machine, good WIFI all around the apartment, hot water, air-conditioning, elevator, microwave, etc. All Good. Renovation was also nice and elegant. Communication through booking testing or phone was very easy and immediate. Also the property had emailed us a very clear instruction manual for the apartment usage, entry and rules. We would choose to visit again while in Athens for sure. All was great. If there was something to mention, there were a few mosquitos in the area maybe because of the season. So if there was a mosquito diffuser liquid device available it would be really nice addition. Also maybe more trash bags would be appreciated. Maybe the above were available and did not find them. Also shower spaces were a bit on the small side but did the job just fine with nice rain showers. But overall these are very minor things. All was great.
• Rafail (10/5): Exceptional location, great stay - 1) It is very close to the metro station and only a couple of stops to the city center 2) in a nice, quiet neighborhood with many trees. 3) The residence is big and comfy, 4) it has air conditioning units, warm water for showering, a washing machine, 5) a TV with Netflix and Ertflix (a Greek equivalent of Netflix) with a large sofa and an armchair. It was great staying there and it is definitely a great value for the price. Also, the host was very helpful and immediately answered any questions I had. Thank you. Minor things: 1) I would have liked a bit more shampoo. The host provides 20 ml bottles of shampoo and 20 ml bottles of shower gel, which should be enough, but I would personally prefer a larger container with shampoo. My hair is long and thick and I need more shampoo than the average person. I should note, the host was happy to assist me in finding a mini market and I've bought some. 2) I would have actually enjoyed cable TV along with Netflix and Ertflix. Sometimes, just watching the "normal" TV program is nice. Of course, having Ertflix along with Netflix fulfilled my need for both foreign and Greek programs.
• Nuno (10/5): Outstanding Stay in Athens! - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Athenian Elegance Residence, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! This apartment is perfectly situated in a charming neighborhood that truly makes you feel like a local citizen. The atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant! One of the highlights of this location is its proximity to some of the city's finest museums. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the National Museum, showcasing contemporary art, and the War Museum, which presents a fascinating history of centuries of conflict. Additionally, the Byzantine Museum and the Benaki Museum are easily accessible, offering rich insights into Greece’s artistic and historical heritage. Nature lovers will also appreciate the abundance of beautiful gardens nearby. The Athens National Garden is a serene oasis where you can relax and unwind. After exploring the museums, I enjoyed a leisurely stroll to the Lyceum, where Aristotle once taught, followed by a peaceful walk through the National Garden on the left, with the Benaki Museum just to the right. If you’re up for some walking, the Acropolis, Athens' most famous landmark, is just a 30-minute walk away! The views along the way are delightful and provide a wonderful perspective of this historical city. For shopping enthusiasts, you can reach the bustling shopping area near the Greek Parliament in about 20 minutes. After shopping, I highly recommend heading to Monastiraki Square for dinner. The atmosphere is lively, and the dining options are excellent, making it a perfect ending to a day of exploration. Overall, my stay at Athenian Elegance Residence was nothing short of perfect. The combination of location, comfort, and local charm makes it a must-visit for anyone looking to experience Athens to the fullest. I can’t wait to return!
