• OTTAVIO (8/5): Ottimo affittacamere, comodo e ampio - Camera ampia e pulita, ben illuminata, piccola scrivania, tutto funzionale e funzionante. Bagno pulito e molto ampio, bella doccia comoda e ampia. Posizione comoda per la zona San Giovanni, metro ad un passo. Forse l'affaccio sulla via, un po' rumoroso, il wifi si è bloccato, ma probabilmente per un problema di rete generale, Vodafone.

• Mohsen Shahverdikondori (9/5): It was a nice and comfortable stay. - The staff was very friendly and the room is very clean, location is near to the attractions and metro station. Everything was great in our stay, only if the room has a slipper it would be nice. The bathroom actually is in the room without exclusive air way.

• Daniel (10/5): Excelent stay, highly recommended - The host is amazing. Answered to all questions and made sure to help us with difficulty we had. The room was clean, we had private bathroom, and shared kitchen. The location is also amazing, the metro station is less than a minute away. There is also a bus station right outside which we didn't use. He wi-fi was stable and fast, overall we had perfect experience, we highly recommend it.
• Siddharth (9/5): Superb - Very good price. Convenient check in and check out. Room was clean. They can offer some baggage storage. It's a bit annoying to have to go somewhere else and pay extra for it, but the room wasn't expensive, so can't complain too much.

• Nicolas (8/5): Nice owners, proximity with great restaurants and subway station, large room, but bring earplugs ! - The people in charge were very nice and accomodating, full of small attentions, the place was close to some very good restaurants (Dar Bruttone, Restaurant Re Di Roma, Roberto e Lauretta for example), and was a few meters away from the subway station Re Di Roma, which proved to be amazing. Since the room was big, putting a chest of drawers would have been really helpful to organize my stuff. But the main "problem" (and I don't think the owners can do anything about it, so it's not an attack against them at all :)) is that the place was one big appartment previously, so each one of the newfound rooms is stuck to the other ones, and the soundproofing is non-existent. So, even with light coughing, you experience it with your neighbours. However, after the first night, I bought ear plugs, wore headphones when I was in my room, and the problem was dealt with. So it is still possible to have a great stay there, people just need to be aware of this adjustment to be made.

Impersonal check-in (it’s these kind of apartments where getting in seems like a room escape with codes and locks). The shower could use some maintenance. The room was a little humid (especially the wall next to the shower). The pillow was too thin.

• Marta (8/5): I recomend this place for city break, of you want comfortable room with great communication. - The localisation near metro line, lot of shops (Conad, Pompi, pizza slices, Aqua e Sapone, drug store), room was clean, we had room service everyday. We have been in touch with the host via WhatsApp, the check in and check out was easy. We do not have any drawer/wardrobe, only one shell with hangares. There were no refrigerator neither in the room nor in the common area. Those were the only things which we can pointed that were misising for our needs.

Although the facilities were not brand new, the staff was there every day to clean and change the bedding and towels. You also have easy access to many good restaurants and markets. the location was quite noisy due to street traffic, and some of the nearby rooms were also noisy.
