Oda sayisi ve binanin sessizligi, ozel park yerinin olmasi onemli avantajlari arasinda sayilabilir. Temizlik ve kisisel ekipmanlar ozellikle yeterli sayida el ve yuz havlusu koyulmasi, vucut havlularinin sayilarinin arttirilmasi onemli, bunlar onemli eksikleri olarak tecrube edildi.

- Makarem (10/5): - ماشاء الله الشقه تفتح النفس النظافه المرافق ممتازه الاسره الاثاث اللهم بارك مكان جميل أنيق مرتب أمان سلس سهولة الدخول والخروج وجود موقف سياره مظلل ممتاز جدا المضيف انسان خلوق متعاون موجود يرد يتجاوب سريع حريص على حصولك على أقامه جيده وهذي يحسب لها مليون نقطه أكرر الزياره للأبد وبالتوفيق مش سلبيات قد ماهي ملاحظات فقط كنت أحتاج يتوفر علاقات للملابس بالغرف وايضا لو كان متوفر سليبر لدورات المياه فقط تقريبا هذي الأشياء اللي حسيت اني احتجتها ماكانت متوفره والباقي كل شي تمام ممتاز شكرا جزيلا

- Mishal (10/5): Excellent Location and Very Clean. - The apartment is very clear and very large. Modern kitchen with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. The TV is about 85 inch in very cozy living room. Parking available in the facility.It is near all the main attractions like Boulevard World and City also the Arena. Only 10 minutes from Riyadh Park and The King Abdullah Financial District.

- Abdulrahmna (9/5): Wonderful - It was a tightly clean, and has a spacious room good equipped kitchen nice living area with a large screen. It great location 📍especially for those who are coming to Riyadh for the Riyadh Season very close to it, and nearby services such as grocery stores, dry clean and 🕌. No Wi-Fi at the time of my stay but the owner working to get it soon.
