- Ahmadou Lamine (10/5): - La propreté , le calme et l' emplacement idéal de l' appartement dans le joli quartier de Rosebank
Vanessa est aussi très réactive et répond rapidement à toutes nos demandes
- Bronwyn (1/5): I had no stay, I left immediately - Nothing Everything, property was not properly cleaned, location not good
- Unna-Develen (8/5): -
- Mosetsana (8/5): - Power network connection. Very poor. Please improve because I would like to come again and I come for work and school
- Mamashela (8/5): - The whole place was very nice, I loved that it had everything a person could need. I spotted cockroaches around the apartment.
- Agy (7/5): -
- Mpho (10/5): - It’s clean and at a convenient location. And more
- Makosonke (10/5): Perfect stay - It was clean and beautiful also spacious Nothing
- Nkateko (9/5): -
- Msiza (6/5): It was okay however there was an unpleasant smell on the corridors the entire time & the water was way too cold, I c - I liked that it was quite clean. Water was so cold the entire time.
- Monde (10/5): - I had a great stay at The Bolt Apartment in Rosebank, apartment 234. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is perfect safe, convenient and close to shops, restaurants and transport. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again. Nothing, Rosebank area had a burst pipe, Johannesburg Water fault though.
- Lebo (7/5): -
- Sihle (10/5): Loved it! -
- Neo (8/5): - It’s so nice and clean and it gives peaceful atmosphere I had forgotten my cable at home they didn’t even have extras I had to go buy I new one
- Mahuluhulu (10/5): -
- Thembekile (10/5): I really loved it, the host is super good with communication - I love how clean it was. There was also an extra warm blacker and some coffee The building it’s self doesn’t allow Ubers or delivery peaopl so even when you order food you have to walk all the way to the gate and there no security at the gate
- Jessica (7/5): Bom - Tivemos um problema com a falta de água, mas a anfitriã foi solicita e nos ajudou com essa questão.
- Mokomane (6/5): -
- Maphoto (10/5): -
- Onkgopotse (9/5): -
- Sofunani (9/5): Nice place , would def come back just that there was a water issue . -
- Tendai (9/5): A lovely and affordable place to stay. - It’s a beautiful apartment, conveniently located, close to all amenities and not too much noise around the area. The tea and sugar refills are not given at reception or by room service, you need to contact the host first which is a bit unusual.
- Zulu (7/5): The property was clean, it was access controlled , the internet connectivity was good , close proximity to the mall (5 m - The property was in close proximity to the Rosebank Mall The property was cold during the day and extremely cold during the night. I am not sure whether because the windows are too thin or they let in air. The owner should provide a heater regardless whether it is asked for by the occupant or not, just to give the occupant the option.
- Cofran (7/5): - Great location, host/manager was responsive and helpful when I reached out I arrived in the winter and so the flat was quite cold. But the host brought me a space heater quickly when requested which was great
- Shruti (6/5): Tidy and comfortable - Location was good. Value for money. Decent comfort There were little cockroaches. I saw 4 over my stay all over the flat.
- Nsuku (10/5): -
- Daniil (6/5): Pleasant - Good location in Rosebank, was fairly clean, had parking (although I personally did not use it, so can't rate it), the internet was stable (around 1 megabyte/sec). - It was incredibly cold all day long, but especially during the night. The windows are either too thin, or leaking, and the stone surfaces along the entire apartment make it so that it usually is even colder than outside. The owner provided no solutions beside thoughts and prayers.
- Another problem from the windows, it was pretty noisy, especially when local F1 drivers were racing past.
- During the first day, all water (hot and cold) was cut off for around three hours in the entire complex. No solutions from the owner either, had to talk to the local administrator myself.
- The curtains were stuck in the closed position. I personally fixed one of them, but honestly couldn't be bothered to fix the rest.
- The table is at knee-level when you use the only chairs available at the apartment, making it impossible to work there. Eating was not a pleasure either.
- Neither the stovetop nor the oven worked.
- The check-out at 10:00 is getting ridiculous
- Tj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eva (10/5): Excellent - Way clean, enjoyed my stay there 😊😊 value for money
- Brunel (8/5): Very good -
- Sibusiso (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mncube (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nqobizitha (9/5): Superb -
- Mpumelelo (8/5): Very good - The place was easily accessible and clean, everything you need is available. There isn't anything that I can point out that I didn't like.
- Mbedzi (8/5): My stay at the Bolton was really comfortable and lovely. - The clean facilities. The confusing parking
- Sethembiso (9/5): Superb -
- Paddington (10/5): Exceptional - The environment was so peaceful and the fact that the place is less than two hundred meters away from the Rosebank mall made life easier for us.In terms of security; it is excellent👏👏👏👏
- Palesa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mbongeni (9/5): A well-located, secure, and well-equipped apartment with convenient parking - A fantastic apartment in a prime location within a secure building. Parking was readily available, and the apartment was well-equipped for self-catering. The WiFi connection was reliable and worked reasonably well. The only downside is that the apartment is located next to a main road, resulting in noticeable traffic noise late into the night. It was manageable for my one-night solo stay, but it could be a concern for longer stays or for those traveling with family.
- Steyn (8/5): Very good -
- Tendai (10/5): Stay at the Ney - The owner's flexibility!
- Mmatshepho (10/5): Had a great experience - It has such an amazing space ,it’s also clean
I really enjoyed my time there
- Humbulani (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything about that place. The staff was nice, the place was clean and beautiful as in the pictures of the advertisement.
- Sibusiso (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janice (7/5): Comfortable bed and good location - The bed was comfortable and the unit is in easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Neither the security guy or receptionist could tell us where the related parking unit was. The bedroom could do with a fan as it was hot and with the window opening onto Bolton Road it’s not really an option to keep it open because of noise. Final thing is small, but having some decor on the walls would help it feel less sterile.
- Mahlatji (8/5): Very good - I liked how clean and aesthetic it looked There were cockroaches in the apartment
- Nolene (9/5): The Bolton was amazing i would advise people to stay here i - I liked how the apartment was spacious we had lots of space to ourselves I didn't like that finding parking was difficult,
- Nokuzola (10/5): Exceptional - Room was nice spacious comfortable
I got everything I needed None
