• Aia (5/5): Samenvattend: schoon en vriendelijke service, maar de beschrijving en foto’s komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid, vo - Het appartement was erg schoon en de eigenaresse was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Door een probleem met onze taxi kwamen we 1,5 uur later aan, maar zij heeft op ons gewacht en zelfs de omgeving laten zien, wat we enorm waardeerden. Helaas waren er ook een aantal teleurstellende punten. We hadden specifiek gezocht naar een appartement met airco, omdat dit voor ons erg belangrijk is. Volgens de beschrijving was er airco, maar deze bleek alleen in de woonkamer te zijn. In de slaapkamer stond alleen een ventilator die veel lawaai maakte, waardoor slapen lastig was. De badkamer is extreem klein – veel kleiner dan de foto’s doen vermoeden – en je doucht praktisch boven het toilet. Ook het appartement zelf is kleiner dan de foto’s laten zien.

• Safiya (10/5): Exceptional - The place was very clean and cozy, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Fazilet Hanım was superb host, she was communicative and supremely helpful letting us drop our bags off early, giving advices and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay, felt very comfortable and safe, especially as a woman. We had wonderful time and definitely will book with Cosa Mesken Zeyrek again.
• Dmytro (1/5): you can be settled to live in a basement with mold - apartment location Met a nice woman. Most likely an administrator. Showed the number. He ended up in the basement. There was a musty smell. I said that I was allergic and asked to see another room. She began to tell that one is hot in the other cold and they are bad. Made sure there was no mold. Although we had a dehumidifier running around the clock. As a result, the next day I still had an allergy and I clearly heard the smell of mold. She asked to change the number. The owner agreed to the extra charge. I said good. In the evening they showed me the room and there is a completely different story. Heaven and earth. But the next morning they gave it to someone else. And I was told that people extended the number. But I saw how the linen was handed over to the laundry after cleaning. This whole story overshadowed my stay in Istanbul. And the attitude is such that yes yes yes, they promise you, smile in your face and just do what is beneficial to them.
