• Fuller (5/5): it’s in harlem new york not upper east side - i liked there were two rooms and it has a balcony. i didn’t like the cockroaches nor the stains on towels and how the floor had never ever been vacuumed from each time. i found earrings in the bed

• Ben (8/5): Very good - Property is nice and clean with plenty of amenities. Plenty of room for 4 people. Location was a bit concerning at first but we had no problems and it was very easy to get around NYC
• Geycel (1/5): I did not stay here and they charged me $570 - Nothing. They over booked and were not able to accommodate me into a room and still charged me. I did not like that, they said they would give me a full refund and have not done so. When i originally booked i had gotten two confirmation emails. One from Booking.com and one from the hotel itself stated that my reservation was confirmed. I ALSO contacted the hotel to confirm check in time and if my booking was all set. They confirmed all set. The next day they called me to say they were overbooked. They have not refunded me. I had to look for another hotel at last minute. This was a HORRIBLE experience.
• Lori (1/5): I wished we never booked this apartment. It was a horrible experience. - We arrived to the apartment with people loitering near the front door. That was a bad sign. We noticed there was no hand soap, bath soap, tissue or paper towels. There was only partially used toilet paper for three nights and no replacement rolls. We contacted the management and their reply was to check the cabinets and nothing else. There were roaches crawling on the bedroom walls and the rooms were hot and the floors were dusty and the rugs were dirty. The front door was not always closed and we had a group on our second night insisting they booked the apartment. It was a miserable stay.
• Abdurazagh (1/5): Bad - To be honest, l did not like anything in the suite and it does not deserve even the half of the money that l paid. Owner was not friendy, Arrogant and uncooperative.. l don't like anyone who treat me like that. The unit is soooooo small and uncomfortable. The unit needs a lot of important home equipments which l didn't find.
