• Sofia (5/5): Great location but need furniture update - The property location is very good. Next to the lifts and the shop. The host sent very clear instructions how to enter the property. Entering the studio, I found the floors very dirty with dog’s hair, crumbs. There was hair even in the fridge. Luckily, there was a hoover, which I used but the smell from it was horrible, I had to have the windows open for a while to get rid off the smell. On the second night the bed frame broke, I messaged the manager, she called on the following day, but nothing has been done apart from an apology. We had to sleep for the remainder of our stay in a tilt to the side bed and with books to support it. It was visible the bed was repaired several times My family stayed for 7 nights and no change of sheets or towels was offered. Finally, some of the lights were old and when working had a burning smell! We did our best not to use them for safety reasons.
