• Rafael (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great, and the host will to help is outstanding. Walking this distance to almost all the main atractions. Just around the Colisseum. Restaurants and shops around the corner, but the street is really quiet. ATM in front of the door too. Definitely worth it!
• Vladimir (5/5): Choose this apartment if location is the only thing you care about - Location is awesome, really close to Colosseo and subway and a nice walking path to the center Oh, let's begin our wake-up call to the owner This is a classical case of well-managed but ill-owned property when guys are really trying to help you but there's only so much they can do but the owner is not really invested in the property success and this is the case here. Here's the list of things that were not working: 0. Most important one: it is VERY noisy outside, especially friday and saturday nights, earplugs were basically mandatory, good we had them. How is this the owner problem? Window is single-glass and happily transfers all the sound into the room. There's only one window in the apartment. Make it a good 3-layer soundproof one, it won't break the bank. Also, door at the hallway is also loud as hell and could just use good door closer to prevent it from waking all people around it every time someone uses it But also! 1. Air conditioner was broken 2. Bidet was leaking 3. Bathroom ventilation was not enough = swamp smell from the day one, water has to evaporate 4. Shower cabin is so small it's just ridiculous 5. No shower amenities, no dish sponge and many other small useful things 6. Refrigerator freezer was leaking inside into the refrigerator itself So, the property itself is fine, just poorly neglected. Invest few grand and it will be really good place but for now it's not

• Hans (9/5): A nice place to stay! - The appartmemt was near the Colosseum and the centre of Rome and had everything we needed for a short vacation. The crowded street with much noise in the night. The host informed us when we arrived and that was nice.

• Maria (10/5): It was really nice. - First of all, the location is amazing. It's just around the corner from the Colosseum, so right in the centre of town. Secondly, it's great value for money, because it's not expensive. Yes, it can be a bit damp at times, and yes, it can be a bit loud, if there's a football game in the Irish Pub around the corner, but bring earplugs and don't expect a 5 star hotel room, if you didn't pay for it. The hosts are great, Mateo was there at the suggested time, and he was just great! We felt really well taken care of, and he suggested some very nice places around the corner and beyond. It was all incredibly uncomplicated and really very nice. Thank you. There was nothing the hosts could have done better, It was sometimes a bit noisy because tourists walked past at night, but that isn't anything that can be changed. I am a very light sleeper and I had earplugs and was fine.

• Tracy (9/5): Wonderful choice close to everything!! - The location was the absolute best. Steps from the Roman Forum and Colosseo. Just a few minutes from the tram stop and easy to find. The street was much quieter than I expected being so close to the tourist spots. In fact, at night, there was no street noise at all. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, had all the essentials, even a washer / dryer. The host met me at the property and allowed me to store my bags before check in. He also gave me suggestions for restaurants. The apartment was located in a building with multiple units. The noise from the other occupants from the front door, shared hallway, and neighboring apartment was the only thing that could have been better. But even that was minimal.

It is just amazing to wake up right at the very heart of Rome, by all the Forum´s, Coliseum, next door to Piazza Venezia and be able to do all the historical and cultural circuit by feet. The apartment is very cozy and has a gorgeous afresco! Comfortable bed and pillows, has a little kitchen, bathroom including a washing machine brand new. A lot of restaurants, minimarkets, souvenir stores, all next door. I would like to stay longer!

• Ekaterina (1/5): terrible. waste of money - the window looks right to a busy street, motorcycles are parked right by the window, a pub with long hours and tables outside is 10 meters away, closed windows don’t save, the bathroom stinks, the washing machine is covered with mold and ruined a bunch of clothes, you will hear every time the common door opens and closes. I asked if we could come at 11 and was told yes, the room became available at 14.40. and teared bed linen
