Romina (10/5): Lively one bedroom flat I would definitely visit - Very bright, clean and with a great view to NDK. Great location. The only down side is there is no elevator in the building
Ali (3/5): Poor - It's in the middle of the city. The apartment was dirty and the smell of animals and their hair was spread all over the apartment. The water in the bathroom came very slowly. There were also some things not as described, such as a coffee machine. I contacted them and they told me that there was a machine, but unfortunately there was none. The utensils in the kitchen were very scarce. The apartment is on the sixth floor and there is no elevator. There was a lot of dirt and things in front of the apartment door. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
Dmytro (7/5): Good - Nice location. Overall, ok for a few days. - Smell in the bathroom - impossible to get rid of. - 6th floor without elevator. - No ironing table. - No curtains in the kitchen. - Small issues around the flat (lights, floor, curtains, etc.). - Dirty inner yard and staircase.
