Francis (1/5): Bad bad bad - Nothing Unfortunately we have had a terrible experience in the apartment. From bathing cold showers to very terrible bed that has caused me severe back pains to horrible sofa and poor toilet flushing among other things. I lodge all these complaints but they fell on deaf ears. It's a lot of money that we spent to rent the place but did not get any value for our money. I hope no customer goes through this bad experience in the future.

Tatjana (10/5): Exceptional - Nice clean flat and house, next to the tube station was very good, we really enjoyed the stay. Two bathrooms were perfect, because we were two families, so we could start our day quickly :) For some people not from UK: to lock the door you have to lift the handle UP, was interesting to discover ;) Dishes we could need more :), but it was absolutely fine
