• Eanna (10/5): Exceptional stay - This is one of the best places I have stayed, not only in Colombia but on my entire backpacking trip over the last 6 months. Morgan is a phenomenal host who really went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome in Minca. He was always there to give a helping hand ensuring we had a smooth check in/check out process, recommending some good restaurants/activities and even giving advice which helped me plan travel for the next part of trip in Colombia. The property is a short walk from the town centre in a quiet, peaceful and safe location. The cooking facilities are brilliant here with a large fridge, big kitchen and all the utensils needed to cook throughout your stay. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay and would have liked to stay for longer! I highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks Morgan, we hope to return one day! Nothing, everything met expectations

Totally recommended :) would love to go back to this place again! Perhaps the house was quite wet, just because there are no windows with glasses, just the windows itself with only mosquito nets. But it's an amazzzzing place!

• Marcel (10/5): Mooi en comfortabel huisje in Minca - We verbleven 4 nachten in dit mooie en comfortabele huisje aan de rand van Minca. Het ligt op eigen terrein net ver genoeg weg van de herrie maar toch binnen enkele minuten van de café’s, restaurants en winkeltjes Mango alto heeft een woonkamer, slaapkamer (met prima bed), aparte goed ingerichte keuken en badkamer en nog een ruimte met een wasmachine, plus een terrasje aan de voorkant. De douche heeft warm water. Morgan is de gastheer en is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en hij produceert de lekkere kombucha die overal in Minca te koop is 😀. Niets!

• Rebecca (10/5): A perfect place to relax and unwind to the sounds of the jungle - Mango Alto is a beautiful little house close to the centre of Minca. Immaculately clean, very comfortable large bed, hot shower, washing machine and everything you need in the kitchen. We loved the kombucha left in the fridge and the water filter was a great addition to prevent unnecessary plastic waste. The property is under a mango tree, so we had fresh fruit daily. Nothing
• Erik (10/5): Appartment with perfect location in Minca with fully equipped kitchen, waterfilter, hot shower and kombucha! - Super nice location at the end of the Main Street with all the restaurants and bars. Perfect to visit Minca or have a quiet night at home. The appartment comes with a full equipped kitchen with everything you need and also has a water filter. In addition the shower has hot water! 😁 On top of that we got two cold kombuchas (the real ones, not the ones you buy in the supermarket in Europe) in the fridge on arrival which tasted amazing 😍

• Ayesha (10/5): Exceptional - Morgan was a great host. This house was recently renovated and was really clean and comfortable. We appreciated the washing machine and the coffee. The kitchen was the best equipped we've seen in our travels through South America.

The location is perfect as it's just on the edge of the small town so a bit quieter but still close to everything. • Hayden (9/5): Way better than a hotel or hostel up in the forest - The property is in a great location - an easy mostly flat walk away from the centre of Minca, but close to many great cafes/restaurants. The house is well set up with stylish touches throughout. Morgan is a very good communicator providing excellent detail not only on property logistics but also on local hospitality and activities - we followed what he recommended and were not disappointed. I had some work commitments so the wi-fi and desk setup were perfect to support digital nomads. We did some laundry but it took a full 3 days to just get it dry enough with Minca's daily downpours and humidity. A clothes line on the sunny end of the porch would help, or perhaps a drier would be a useful addition? The fan in the laundry didn't do the trick.
• Lisa (10/5): Wonderful. I would return and stay here again and again. - It felt like a home from home. And in a more quiet area, yet a minutes walk from the Centre. Morgan, the owner was so attentive and quick to respond. and helped with taxis, recommendations etc. there was a small problem with the hot water and he was over in minutes and got it fixed. I loved sitting out on the patio and when I was working just looking out into the jungle from my bedroom window. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was really well equipped for cooking.
