• Dayanara (9/5): Love this place! - This apartment was wonderful—very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were fantastic, and we especially loved having two restrooms and a kitchen, which made our stay even more comfortable. Check-in was very easy, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay The only downside was that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, which is quite common in Europe but good to keep in mind. Also, the location made it a bit difficult to get a taxi—we usually had to walk a couple of streets down to find one

The house is located in a very quiet zone, not in the historic center but using the buses was very easy to move across Florence The bedroom ceiling were low, which made it little challenging to walk across the room.

• Zélie (9/5): Superb - A really spacious flat with good coffee and all the necessary tools for the kitchen. Excellent location with all buses (the 7, 11, 3, 1, 17) to go to all direction. Badiani isn't far and supermarkets are only 10 minutes away. It was a bit cold due to the weather. There were a lot of stairs that we were unaware of (difficult for some people to go up and down). It was mostly clean but there were still dead mosquitoes on the walls and some water evacuation problems.

• Joy (4/5): Not worth it - wouldn’t recommend - Ease of instructions to collect the keys The apartment itself is decent with the exception of a FOUL stench coming from the toilet downstairs. Odd also that ceiling in the bathroom isn’t fully painted but minor. I found the behaviour of the host to be completely unacceptable. The place wasn’t fully cleaned and when told, his attitude was hostile (even though he offered to address this). He didn’t wait for a confirmation from us but proceeded to let someone into the property whilst we were out without our permission - I found this a violation of my privacy. In thanking him for trying to be efficient about addressing the problems, but flagging that I wasn’t comfortable that he didn’t wait to confirm with me, his response was unprofessional, immature and off putting. He didn’t seem to understand that he erred - I have had great experiences on booking.com this stands out particularly as one of my least favourite. The terrace was never cleaned and therefore never used, though the space has potential I would never stay here again neither would I recommend.

• Alžběta (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful newly renovated apartment, clean and spacious. Very nice terrace. The kitchen was well equiped, even had coffee. About 20-30 minutes walking distance to centre, several restaurants near by and a pasticeria just around the corner. We spent around half an hour looking for a parking space as there is only public parking but when we were leaving there were enough parking spaces around so it was just bad luck I guess.

We stayed there for 6 days and only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and hand soap in the bathroom
• Madonna (10/5): Safe secure building in a safe neighborhood is what we were looking for with an excellent restaurant nearby. - Well appointed furniture. Washer and rack for drying. Coffee and kitchen appliances easy to use. Bathrooms were recently done. Showers had good pressure, hot water was plentiful, furniture was comfortable Taxis were not always in the area.

• Sandra (9/5): Superb - Host was very responsive, helpful and nice. His place was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. Needed help working the laundry and getting additional bathroom supplies & he was on top of it. The only somewhat negative were the low ceiling beams in the upstairs bedrooms, but I would stay here again & highly recommend! Low beams in upstairs bedrooms which is a bit tougher for tall people to navigate, but not bad once you got used to crouching down near the beams.
• Carmen (2/5): Great place to stay if you’re a heavy sleeper with no sense of smell. And are able to walk 30mins each way to city cente - Very nicely renovated and spacious property, the furniture and appliances were great, and the downstairs area is very comfortable. Several aircon units in each room so you’ll stay fresh in summer. The upstairs area constantly emits a sulphur or sewerage smell which made it unbearable to sleep at night. If you’re a light sleeper there’s a lot of noise in the walls and roof. We ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs, and luckily the couch was comfortable. There’s also no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs and a narrow stairwell within the apartment to the bedroom area inside.

The apartment is in a quiet center, shops nearby, bus stops right under the house, parking is free, the apartments are huge, designed for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a rocking chair-cocoon, a kitchen-dining room, a veranda with furniture, and even a small balcony, we lived together, everything you might need is in the apartment, the photos match, the renovation is new, the equipment is modern and working, we really liked the veranda where we had dinner and relaxed. The positivity of our stay does not allow us to find anything that we might not like.

I waited like 45 min trying to figure how to locate and access the apartment in the building and no respond on the phone # given for help.
• Anonymous (10/5): This was a dreamy stay. - The place is just absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it any justice. Modern beautiful kitchen, super comfortable beds, and very spacious living room with a soft couch and beautiful view. Honestly, our favorite spot in the whole place was the balcony. We spent all our mornings and nights there. The view and the nice breeze were everything. Quite and safe neighborhood. Florence was done right here. And our host, Sami, was phenomenal! Very helpful and responsive.
