• Guest (3/5): - Appartamento abbastanza vicino alla metro con bar sotto casa ma supermercato non vicinissimo. Noi ci facevamo portare la spesa a casa. In casa c'è un solo specchio al bagno. Non ci sono abatjour sui comodini. Appena arrivati, in 6, ascensore rotto che partiva dal 1 piano (porta tutte le valige a piedi) le stoviglie erano a malapena per 3 persone per non parlare di 1 pentola per la pasta e una padella rotta. Il proprietario dopo lunga conversazione ha provveduto il giorno dopo a ripristinare il necessario. Purtroppo la casa non era pulitissima. Numerosa lanicciaa in tutto l'appartamento ma non abbiamo sottilizzato. I condomini sono ficcanaso e fastidiosi. Hanno osato pensare che il mio cane fosse maltrattato perché lo sentivano piangere e nonostante ho dimostrato che non era il mio di cane hanno continuato. Ho tentato di spiegare che eravamo li per delle gare e per il cane invece di stare sotto il sole era meglio stare a casa ma sono stata velatamente minacciata che se sentivano il cane piangere ne avrei subite le conseguenze. ovvio ho risposto che nel caso il cane si sentiva male per il caldo avrei inviato tutte le conversazioni al mio avvocato. E questo nonostante ho fatto notare che era il cane del piano di sotto che piangeva e con video ho fatto vedere il cane felice e contento. Non si affitta una casa a persone con cane se i vicini sono cosi intolleranti. Mi spiace ma anche considerando la buona fantasia del proprietario a risolvere i problemi rimane il fatto che io non avrei dovuto trovare i problemi. e per il prezzo pagato sinceramente non va bene. Vi consiglio di monitorare meglio gli appartamenti

• Margarita (8/5): I would recommend this place, good value for money if you travel with family. - The apartment is well located, 20 min to the center by metro and close to food markets. Nice area around with cafes, pizzas and ice cream:) Good enough space for a family of four. Well equipped with all needed for a comfortable stay. Very good beds and mattresses! Everything was very nice. But as advice - good to add wine glasses to the kitchen.
• Kristijan (5/5): Never again! - Location itself is not so bad, 10 minutes walk from the metro station and the apartment is okay. Quiet neighbourhood has a dark side, we were victims of a car burglary in front of the building on a street with a very expensive repairs following on our car, not to mention with no sympathy from our hosts. Nevermind the sympathy, but the cherry on top was the doorbell on our apartment on our check out the next day at 09:45 with the cleaning guy asking to come in, where he was politely asked to wait for us to finish packing since we are a family of 5 and we need some time to do so. In a minute, I received a text message from the host to leave the apartment since the check out is BY 10:00 and leave the keyes inside… we (all 5 of us) finished packing in front of the building and left!

• Filip (8/5): Very good - It is an appealing apartment in a modern building with all the necessary amenities. It offers great value for the price. The main downside of this location is that it can be quite noisy due to the many trains that pass in front of the building along the road. Anyway, we were traveling with a 2-year-old and it wasn't too disruptive for his sleep or for us. However, if you are particularly sensitive to noise, you might find it challenging to adapt.

• Simona (8/5): Overall, the location is value for money. - The apartment is easy to access, there are two subway stations at 10 mins. walk and the bus station at 2 mins., train station 10 mins. walk. There are a few Italian, Chinese, grill restaurants, pizzerias, bard and coffee shops/ pasticerias in the neighborhood. Also a couple of little grocery shops. The center of the city in around 40 mins. walking distance or a few stations bu subway. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, the building it is located in is very civilised. We stayed there in July 2024, 3 persons. The flat has 2 double beds and one expandable couch, so it can accomodate up to 6 persons. There is no air conditioning, although they say it is and you can actually see in indoor units working. Actually there are no external units installed, so during the hot days we were staying there, we only had the ventilation that did not help to cool down the inside temperature. The train railways are across the street, many trains pass by all day and all night. If one is a noise-sensitive person, this might be disturbing; it was not such a big problem for us. The shower cabin doors are not closing well, lots of water may pour on the floor, if not paying attention.
• Amit (1/5): Worst place ever - Nothing The house was so hot and no Ac was working. After complaining to the staff he said tomorrow technician will come to see. The whole night, my entire family didn't sleep because of hot temperature and mosquito bites. No toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and basic things like coffee were not there in the kitchen.
