• Anthony (9/5): Wonderful feeling of fresh air and nature in the heart of a city - It’s quite an alternative accommodation right in the heart of a major city and a breath of fresh air from more traditional hotel apartment block options but still with great access to restaurants and transport. The history of these garden developments around Berlin and particularly those under the GDR I found very interesting and it was great to have a garden to relax in when visiting our grandchildren.
• Matalon (10/5): - Quiet, outside city noise, beautiful. I recomend it for anyone who need/ want a nice place for a few days rest Very well equipped, nothing was missimg for a perfect stay. Nothing. It was perfect!

• Stéphan (1/5): ne respecte pas ses engagements - rien nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans le logement malgré avoir prévenu de notre heure d'arrivée un peu tardive 19h15. Nous avons attendu par -6° en essayant de contacter a maintes reprises par booking, whatsapp, téléphone les propriétaires jusqu'à 22h sans réponse. nous avons dû contacter l'assistance de booking qui comme par magie ont eu droit a une réponse. nous avons enfin été contacté par le propriétaire qui nous a indiqué envoyer quelqu'un pour nous ouvrir. 3 minutes après, il nous recontacté pour nous dire que la personne ne savait pas mettre en route le chauffage et qu'il nous fallait trouver autre chose. il nous a indiqué un hôtel a proximité. d'être pris pour des imbéciles, nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans le logement malgré avoir prévenu de notre heure d'arrivée un peu tardive 19h15. • Kinga (10/5): Najładniejsze miejsce w Berlinie, oaza zieleni wśród bloków - Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Przede wszystkim bezpłatny parking pod samą nieruchomością, bliska odległość do komunikacji miejskiej. W pobliżu Lidl. Sam domek ładny jak na zdjęciach, a w środku wszelkie udogodnienia, mimo niewielkiej kubatury jest wszystko, aby komfortowo spędzić urlop. Nawet przy minusowej temperaturze w domku było ciepło i przytulnie. Mili i pomocni Gospodarze. Okolica cicha i ustronna zupełnie zaskakująca jak na Berlin. Na pewno wybralibyśmy to miejsce ponownie. Latem dodatkowo miejsce do wypoczynku na zewnątrz w ogrodzie. Wysokie osoby muszą uważać na głowę :)

Everything was spotless, with Rituals and Aesop toiletries waiting for us in the bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with a great selection of coffee and tea. All appliances had clear instructions, and anything I needed was right at hand. The area is surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, close to the metro and public transport, and the house itself is located in a gated community with small gardens. A perfect place for a romantic getaway.”

• Michal (8/5): - Kávovar+rôzne kávy k dispozícií, Super lokalita zástavka električky je tak 200m a do centra tak do 30min(električka+Metro), 6-7 zástavok električkou je aj dobrá lokalita na večerné posedenie v bare alebo reštauracií. Tichá lokalita s bezplatným parkovaním 30m od vstupu. málo priestoru v kúpelni, vyšší človek (nad 180cm) by mal celkom problém si sadnúť na záchod; vykurovanie je pomocou Dyson el. ohrievača, ktorý je dosť počuť - hlavne v noci. Deka, ktorú sme mali zo sebou celkom prišla vhod.
• Steffen (10/5): A home away from home! - Husets placering er fantastisk, man har adgang til offentligt transport, supermarkeder, shoppingcentre, parker og restauranter inden for 10 minutters gang. Gratis parkering tæt på huset. Samtidigt er der en ro, der gør at du glemmer at du befinder dig midt i en storby. Ingenting, stedet levede mere end op til mine forventninger.

• Anwar (7/5): Good - It's nice wooden house with a great garden terrace, in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything worked (except the terrace light, which didn't bother me a lot), and although it was hot I didn't need the mobile aircon. I've rented a bike, and that made it easy to reach most of the places I wanted to see. On the third day of my stay (I stayed for a week) Kristian asked me for a (very good) review. Since that he asked for it 4 more times, which started to annoy me. If he would have asked me this just once at the end of my stay this would have been a better review. NB: I've just received a spoken message from Kristian that I'm a f....... very bad person. In this message he's completely ignoring the fact that he has been harrassing me for a 10* rating for 5 days
• Lisa (10/5): A lovely paradise with the city awaiting you around the corner - The host was super nice and always very helpful. The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed. We even were allowed to use the bbq and helped with it by the host. It’s super quiet and the garden is lovely!! Great escape in the middle of the city. Absolutely recommendable!!!
• Jessica (5/5): Rude Host - The property description clearly states amenities including a tumble dryer and a hairdryer. These items are not present at the property along with several other items advertised in the property listing. When I messaged the host to inquire, I was ignored. Only 3 days later when I followed up again did they finally respond to tell me that there was no dryer (even though it is stated in the property description and even inside the property when you check in that there is one) and no hair dryer. As someone who has been budget traveling for the better part of a year, booking a private accommodation with these amenities is a bit of a luxury, and to find out that they had been falsely advertised was quite frustrating. Especially considering that it is the winter in Germany and air drying your hair and clothes in the cold isn't ideal. Having access to these things in addition to a private space was the entire reason I chose this property. Had it been advertised truthfully, I would have chosen a different property with the amenities I was hoping for. When I brought this concern to the host, he was dismissive and argumentative and made zero attempt to offer any solution (once he finally responded to me days later). Additionally, there is no heat in this cottage, only one space heater for both levels, and it turns off randomly so expect to wake up freezing in the mornings.
• Jessica (8/5): Great location - Great location and well equipped accommodation. There was a Dyson heater, pod machine and fridge. The bathroom and hallway were lovely and the entire place was nicely furnished. The bed was extremely soft and we like a very firm mattress. It was a little pricey to what we usually expect when staying in Berlin. The tv needs a new cat 5 cable to connect to the internet. We also could not connect to the internet as the password was invalid. This didn't bother us so much but was a little frustrating.

• Abdullah (10/5): Exceptional - 1st of all the owner was super. He provided everything promptly. The location is nearby almost all big groceries and restaurants. Peaceful quiet place. 🥹 would be excellent if the roof is higher. That is the 1st thing you need think about once you wake up.
• Clare (9/5): Cosy and surprisingly roomy stay in a really convenient but peaceful location. - It was in a very convenient location, there were several tram stops within a few minutes walk ,so we could easily get around to the tourist sights and also we could walk to lots of restaurants and bars. There was also a Lidl very close by to buy some supplies for our breakfast. But it also it was in a peaceful location so we could have a good nights sleep . The bathroom was small but well laid out and the shower was very good.The kitchen area was well equipped with dishes,cutlery,glasses ,pans etc and there was an electric hob with 2 zones so we could have made a simple meal if we wanted to. There was a comfy sofa to relax on . We were there in winter so didn’t make use of the terrace or outside dining facilities. Our first night was a bit chilly in the house(there was a small and not very efficient electric fan heater) and it was due to get a lot colder during our stay so we asked the owner for more blankets for the bed . He brought them to the house very promptly and also a much better fan heater . After that we were really warm and cosy, even though it was below freezing outside and we had snow ! We would happily return to this garden house, winter or summer. The bed was on a mezzanine level so the ceiling up there was very low and we had to be careful not to hit our heads. However we got used to it after a few days! And the bed was very comfortable.

The communication from the owner could have been better when we had some problems. It was quite cold, despite the heater, but our stay was in October. We were provided with extra blankets when we asked for some.

• Camille (8/5): Lovely cabin, perfect for a romantic stay but plan for warm clothes if staying in the winter. - The cabin is lovely, good location for travelling to center & airport Not enough heating, we mentioned to the host that the bathroom heating was not working but no solution were suggested.
• Jerome (8/5): A very good place to crash for a few days. - Very nice place, close to transportation and very calm. Cozy inside with a very correct internet connection. Fully equipped kitchen and nice welcome water bottles. The two beds are in the same room - one in a mezzanine and one very comfortable couch. But looking at the pictures we thought they were in two different rooms. The mezzanine mattress was a bit too soft for my taste. The comforter were a bit small.
