• rodolfo (1/5): - Persona da togliere da booking secondo me: È fuori Roma devi prendere i mezzi e pagare per raggiungere dopo 30 min Roma, WiFi non funzionante e Tantomeno la televisione il proprietario sené fregato altamente cacca di topo in balcone, letti non scomodi di più, cuscini da horror Che il proprietario sené fregato altamente dicendomi che avrebbe chiamato assistenza per WiFi e x 2 giorni che abbiamo soggiornato neanche la tv funzionava perché legata ad internet vabbè spero che booking prenda provvedimenti

• Samantha (1/5): Menefreghismo assoluto - Nulla dell appartamento Tutto,peccato perché Roma è bellissima ma per colpa di certi elementi che pensano solo ai soldi si perdono molto Dei servizi descritti ce poco o nulla...non ci sono posate,tv e internet inesistenti,vasca idromassaggio neanche l ombra,gas e induzione fuori uso,quindi abbiamo dovuto arrangiare,ferro da stiro e asse niente,letti scomodi,niente tovaglie,tazze,stracci,non sai dove buttare immondizia,dopo varie messaggi e chiamate al proprietario,anche da parte di booking, nessuna risposta,ora vediamo se dopo varie chiamate e mail a booking avrò un rimborso. Per fare colazione abbiamo usato il bollitore messo su una sedia perché le prese sono lontane dalla cucina,il forno a microonde inesistente e il forno era molto sporco come le poche posate rimaste Nessun appendino in bagno per appoggiare gli asciugamani... Che dire,i vostri soldi dateli ad altri non a certi elementi vergognosi,mi chiedo come booking possa far lavorare certi elementi
• daniele (2/5): No assolutamente no - solo la posizione casa sporca e non pronta al nostro arrivo, mancavano gli asciugamani e il divano letto non era preparato.Non hanno rimediato se non dirmi dove trovare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani in un altro appartamento. Sono spariti per tutto il soggiorno

• Anthony (4/5): Could have been better.... - It was a nice building, and the area was quiet There was a nice terrace. They did respond when messaged. I didn't like that I had to send them messages when I got there requesting many basic things. There were three of us, and there were only 2 sets of towels. There was no toilet paper and no garbage bin or garbage bags. There were also no bedsheets for the couch bed. There was an opened package of coffee in the cupboard and no instructions on how to use Netflix and Prime. When requested, they brought the bedsheets, towels, one garbage bin, and 2 small toilet rolls. They wouldn't give us other towels even though we were sleeping there for 4 nights, and when we requested an unopened pack of coffee, we were refused because it wasn't a hotel. We had to buy our own toilet paper because when I asked for more, they ignored my request. There were 2 hangers in the entire apartment and nowhere to hang our jackets, let alone clothes. The couch bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were horrible. There is one outlet to plug in a phone in the bedroom, at the foot of the bed. and the bed baseboard is old and worn out. They should put in some effort to make the guests feel welcome, iby nforming them, and supplying the basics based on the number of people and nights they are staying BEFORE they arrive. They had an entire day to get this apartment rrady, and it was not when we arrived in the late evening. This place could be so much better if they put in some more effort.
