- Marco - Família (10/5): - É um excelente custo-benefício. Local organizado, com itens úteis a disposição. Ar-condicionado funcionando em perfeitas condições. Cama confortável. Chuveiro com água quente. Um pequeno ponto negativo fica pra janela do quarto, onde uma das proteções está se soltando, fazendo com que entre claridade no quarto. A vizinhança eh um pouco barulhenta, mas aí já não é culpa do anfitrião.

- Lenise Santos (8/5): - Tv com filmes e séries liberados e cozinha equipada. A grade de ferro em frente a janela dava impressão de pouca privacidade e segurança. Deveria ter cortina dentro da jenela do flat e não cortina no portão de ferro, pois ficava trembolando com o vento. A algazarra dos vizinhos foi ruim, crianças gritando, pessoas conversando, entrando e saindo, batendo grade e acionando senha do portão. Não foi muito tranquilo. O flat só tem uma janela, o que causa pouca ventilação, as paredes estavam mofadas. Outra situação que observei, tive a impressão que o lençol estava usado. Como havia sobre lençol limpos e dobrados, fiz a troca não gerando problema, mas fica o alerta para cuidados básicos.

- erikaalves (9/5): Recomendo sim! - O flat é totalmente equipado, e o anfitrião sempre está disposto a atender e tirar dúvidas. A localização a princípio me deixou bastante preocupada, o trajeto até chegar ao flat é bem ruim, mas descobrimos um caminho mais longo e bem mais agradável, então depois foi tranquilo.
