• Maura (10/5): Excellent cabin, friendly hosts, great location. - Herman and his family were so friendly and helpful. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to "downtown" Chaiten, close to Route 7, and a short drive to the national parks. It was also very close to the shoreline. Loved it and would visit again! Nothing. Everything was great.

• Fabien (10/5): - La literie est exceptionnelle, le logement est très bien équipé et les hôtes très serviables. Le poêle à bois chauffe très bien mais la chaleur monte et les enfants avaient très chauds. Il serait judicieux d'avoir une fenêtre qui s'ouvre pour réguler la température.

• Erika (1/5): - Saquen fotos, antes de utilizar dependencias. Luego te dicen que tú manchas sábanas, toalla y salida de Baño, para cobrarte el producto Nuevo.. Ser previsores y cautelosos El trató es agresivo, violento y denostativo. Te hacen acusaciones graves, al solicitar que te envían fotografías que evidencien sus "afirmaciones", sólo te dan excusas, pero si te quieren cobrar por productos nuevos. Es la primera vez, de todos mis viajes ( nacionales e internacionales) que me sucede ésto. Muy lamentable. En el Baño, piso dañado en salida de ducha, sólo faltó que también me lo cobrará.

Todo muy limpio y ordenado Las camas del altillo son un poco estrechas en altura, pero es algo que se mostraba en las fotos iniciales. Tal vez como mejora podría sugerir el cambio de sistema de calefacción a una estufa de pellets o de otro tipo con termostato, que permita la continuidad de la temperatura.

• Heike (10/5): Schöne Cabana - Gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet (Waschmaschine), sauber, sehr gutes und bequemes Bett und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Eignet sich auch für einen längeren Aufenrhalt.

Lo mejor que llegamos muy tarde y nos esperaban con la cabaña calentita, muy acogedora. Solo como sugerencia: en la escalera colocar una pequeña puerta para los niños que suben.

• Christof (5/5): Cash payment only - Relatively new cabin, clean Not easy to find and organize a key handover with the administrator. Owner does not live in town and accepts only cash payments. Then does not want to give any receipt or payment confirmation.
