• Margo (7/5): Ok stay in Rio - Location was great. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure and a blender in the kitchen. Good supermarket and laundromat near by and an Itau bike stand Air con wasn’t very strong, and fan noisy. Inconsistent dialogue with the property contact. I sent around 8 messages before I arrived to confirm a late check in - they won’t reply on here only what’s app however many days later. Only broom and dish liquid supplied, zero help with getting me fresh linen during a two week stay so I gave up on that one. (Laundromats around) , they couldn’t even advise what to do with rubbish aside from ‘talk to the guy in reception’. I got sent two different addresses for arrival (one from the property, one from booking dot com ) so at midnight I’m doing laps in a taxi, no one spoke English and you def can’t contact the property person after 7pm. The guy on the door of the place wasn’t even expecting anyone.

• Constanza (8/5): Lugar seguro - Buen lugar , muy bien ubicado y seguro , cerca de supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes y cerca de la playa Copacabana. Nos dejaron toallas y secador de pelo , el aire acondicionado lo mejor El baño tenía un olor extraño , al principio pensamos que era a gas , pero creo que podría ser el desagüe

• Catrinahuel (10/5): - Estaba equipado con lo necesario, cocina bien equipada, una mesa donde podíamos comer, el WiFi funcionó excelente, la ubicación muy buena, podíamos salir en la noche y volver en la madrugada, conserjería 24/7, lo importante también que cuentan con 3 ascensores
• Patrick (7/5): Nice studio apartment, all good until the Surprise visit! - Small studio apartment yet it was comfortable. Check in was smooth. wifi is stable. I would return again in future . On my first morning about midday an employee staff member of the Apartment rental service entered my apartment unannounced , I shouted to leave, the apartment is occupied and not enter further inside , he didnt listen (of course it shouldn't matter I spoke english) and he instead walked inside further to the foot of the bed while im on the bed nearly naked, and then stood there for a few minutes talking with me in Portuguese , I dont understand Portuguese🤷🏻‍♂️. Ultimately I realized he mistook my apartment for another that was unoccupied , however , when hearing the apartment was currently occupied he should have left immediately instead of entering further as he did. Its not the management's fault but rather the cleaning staff's massive error in judgement.
