A parte questo, consiglierei ai proprietari di rivolgersi a un'altra agenzia per la gestione della prenotazione perché il servizio clienti non è all'altezza della struttura che propongono.

• Gonzalo (9/5): A very central and spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. - Excellent location, central but in a quiet neighbourhood. The bedroom and bathroom were ample in size. The key collection box could be closer to the apartment.
• Lugoski (7/5): Good - Location close to the metro and nice restaurants The apartment is very nice, only the bathroom needs renovation I wanted to change the reservation from 3 to 4 people and when almost two months before arrival I asked about the price for this change I got the answer that it was the amount of 112 euros. When I contacted their agent the day before I came to the apartment, I heard that the amount for an additional person was 330 euros. Which was very absurd because for 3 people we paid 440 euros and then for an additional person they suddenly wanted 330e explaining that the amount of 112 euros is a mistake from the site. Very not nice behavior. Bathroom necessarily for renovation.

Before I moved into the apartment, they talked to me normally. Please note that the price will end up being more expensive than elsewhere. Three unwashed plates and unthrown garbage cost me an additional 320 euros. I was charged twice for cleaning and bed linens (due to an extension) but received no cleaning at all, and no fresh linens were provided once. Basic supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, and towels were missing at check-in, and the bathroom door lock was broken the entire stay. They started being downright rude to me when I started insisting on a refund of total deposit. Yes, in addition to all the money they also took a deposit from me. There is still no money, and no one wants to confirm that they returned anything to me Despite the manager asking us not to take out the trash, we were later billed extra for “difficult cleaning.” Overall, very disappointing service and unfair charges. Besides, there is terribly little light in the rooms. And it was very cold, because the radiator in one room simply did not work, and the thermostat did not raise the temperature to normal. And do not be fooled by the photos.
• Vsevolod (1/5): Bad - We really liked the photos of the room and at first the communication with the manager was good The problem is with the service staff. The sofa bed is not comfortable. There is very little light in the room. It is very cold in winter and the radiator does not work in one room. They take an additional deposit and do not return it because they left a couple of unwashed plates. In addition, cleaning, bed linen (which is also in poor condition and very shabby), service (which costs 15% and is nothing special) are paid additionally.

• Adrianna (10/5): Beautiful apartment - It had everything you could wish for in an apartment. Very comfortable big bed. Easy check-in. Very quick help and responses from owners. The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable to sleep, but it wasn’t a big problem.
