The outdoor area was gorgeous with a beautiful shaded balcony, a lovely place to sit and relax. Right on the waters edge the view is stunning, so peaceful with wonderful sunsets. We would love to stay here again some day!

Wonderfully quiet and tranquil. Use of the firepit outside was a wonderful bonus and very welcomed after a day out kayaking on the sea. Rainbow beach is a lovely quaint town with bigger towns such as Hervey bay within a day trip away. Could not recommend more! Would love to have stayed longer. Nothing. Everything was perfect 🥰

• Geoff (9/5): Hidden Gem! - What a gem! This was more like staying at a friend's chic waterside retreat than just a rental. Very generous (and trusting) hosts had supplied everything possible to make for a relaxing time. The Rainbow Bay shops are only a short drive away but the location felt much more removed from the rat race. Would definitely stay again.

The views from the balcony were serene and after a hectic holiday it was wonderful to spend our last couple of days unwinding. It’s a short drive to the local IGA and to Rainbow Beach itself where there are a number of great places to eat. The house had everything we needed and more. There was heaps of space and the kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils you need. We were able to connect our laptop to the TV and stream without having to login on their TV. The internet was unexpectedly fast. All in all you can’t fault this lovely home

Didn’t like that I left my kids at home with their grandparents for a peaceful tranquil weekend at a couples retreat for my wife’s birthday . Only to have someone else’s 3 screaming kids running around the property making a mess the entire day.

Loved the amount of bench space! Great for cooking dinner for me and my partner as it was heaps of room for prep :) The crab ornament when you first enter the home was very welcoming! My partner loved it! The oven/stove wouldn’t stay on, we tried heaps of things to try and resolve it but couldn’t figure it out :( may of been a user error on our behalf though as my partner and I were both unfamiliar with a gas stove/oven :)

• Mark (8/5): Very quiet and peaceful setting - Fiona, our host, has certainly put a great deal of effort and energy into making this home a relaxing getaway. All your needs are catered for in this well equipped home in a private setting with great views and sensational sunsets. We were impressed with the cleanliness and all the attention to extras not normally provided when away from home. Unfortunately the midges are rampant at the moment, so even though we sprayed ourselves with insect repellent and used candles that were provided, it wasn't possible to utilise sitting outside and relaxing on the deck to admire the view or the great sunsets. After the first few hrs we were dealing with several bites.

Perfect view to wake up in the morning and relax outside with a glass of wine and watch the sun set in the arvo. staff from the dive shop were very friendly easy going people. Only downfall was the mozzies and Midgee’s but this is Queensland haha. all an all everything was perfect thank you.
