- Teresa (4/5): Everything was great except the check in experience. - Excellent location, very close to the tram stop that goes directly to the city center. The beds were very comfortable. Low review because unfortunately, when we checked in, the apartment was not cleaned after the previous guests. We had to wait at midnight for the cleansing service to come and clean up. The host was very responsive, managed this quickly and gave us an apology gift, however we didn't get any reimbursement for the unpleasant experience.

It’s in a very nice neighbourhood, not sooo close to the center but perfectly connected! We had a problem with the kitchen plumbing, but Luis was keen on sending help. I think this is a recurring problem though…

It easily accommodated our group of four and could fit even more people. The location is very good, close to public transport, with easy access to the city center and main attractions. The price was also very good for the period. The only issue was the key lock box, which was difficult to open and took us around 10 minutes both on arrival and departure (it was a bit stuck). However, I contacted the property owner late in the evening, and he responded immediately. It was reassuring to know that he/she was available and willing to help if we had needed assistance.
