• Siu Ying Monica (9/5): - Jodie is very nice and quick respond on our request. Shr replace the new pans and pots for us within a very short time. House is clean and quite. Besides, 2 bathrooms, it has one toilet bowl inside the laundry room which is a surprised and convenience to us (8 people). Jodie prepared everything which we can use in the kitchen and clean our cloths. Enough box tissue and toilet paper. We definitely will visit again. Once again, thank you Jodie for the servicing us.
• Penny (8/5): Terrific location to My State Arena. - Spacious with 3 toilets. Nice outdoor area. Nice living areas. Owners helpful and lovely to deal with. Great value for 4 people Some minor maintenence needed. 1 bedroom had sliding door difficult to open as old. Another had no hanging space- suggest a coat rack. Cobwebs and dust and some surface grime on walls.

• Robyn (7/5): - The overall quality of this property was a little disappointing. The location wasn’t that impressive however the house was clean and comfortable. It did serve the purpose however and our group of 6 adults enjoyed our 4 days in Hobart. It was just a short walk to catch the bus into Salamanca Markets to avoid parking. Towels were non absorbent…. Maybe new and not pre washed? No access to TV channels unless you use your own account to log into Netflix etc.

• Alexandrea (9/5): Great house for group stay - This property was great for a family stay due to the size, facilities and location for what we in Hobart for. We were there for the racetrack at Baskerville and it was such a good location for it. It was handy to shops for groceries, we went to the brewery just across the marina and it wasn't far into the city or North Hobart for restaurants and shopping. We had a hire car to get around, I am not sure about public transport around this location. The home was cosy, warm with heaters in each room (winter-ish stay for us) and the kitchen and laundry were great for self care.

• Hui Ying (9/5): Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended. - Conveniently located near a supermarket which made picking up groceries really convenient. Spacious house which was very clean and comfortable. The children had a great time in the bath tub and enjoyed playing games in the patio. A very pleasant and comfortable stay for our large family. -

• Kay (7/5): Our experience staying in this property was good - Overall the house was clean and everything we need were provided. The weather changed a lot during our stay which created banging noises from the windows because they cannot be shut properly. There were plenty of towels provided but they also shed when using.
• George (10/5): Was easy to settle in with our group of friends and Jodi was exceptionally helpful with any questions we asked. - Very roomy for the 7 of us. Lovely quiet location and plenty of room for a large vehicle. Could not fault it at all.

• Hingston (10/5): Awesome home - It was an absolutely lovely home to stay at and we have a delivery van and my kluger in the driveway and still had heaps of room. Well most definitely stay there again. Nothing it was an awesome home
• Kimberley (10/5): Beautiful - The home was beautifully presented, the hosts stayed in contact right throughout the check in process and were just a message away if we needed anything. We weren't expecting things like shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms so that was a happy surprise. Each bedroom had their own little heater and it warmed the rooms up quite quickly when we put them on just before bedtime. It's only 10 minutes from the CBD so we were a short drive from town and was a quiet area to stay in, no drunk revellers stumbling past making noise at ridiculous o'clock. We really enjoyed our stay!
• Traveller (8/5): Very good - Very spacious house, 4 good sized bedrooms. The hot water in the showers wasn't hot enough, more pillows would be nice, there were only basic items in the kitchen. I needed a bowl for salad and an oven tray, but neither of these were available. Other items such as food containers would be useful. The ensuite bathroom needs towel rails. There's only one and it's too small for even 1 towel to hang properly. Also, the bathmats are very small, I think they might be hand towels or tea towels. They aren't big enough to catch the water that ran out of the shower while it was on
• Bossard (7/5): Good pricing, homely feel. - The kitchen was very well stocked yes. There was a lot of thought put into the presentation to feel at home. Beautiful Bathrooms and heaters in most bedrooms. We were a little lost without a hairdryer. Bed’s had no top sheets only doonas, no extra blankets or towels. We had a mix up with the instructions on arrival as we didn’t receive them and waited a good 30mins outside for help but otherwise, we felt quite at home once host got back to us in this lovely renovated house.
