NOTHING THAT EFFECTED US IN ANY WAY . (BUT MAINTAINCE WISE JUST BE AWARE } GUTTERS CANT TAKE VOLUME OF WATER WHEN A LGE AMOUNT OF RAIN FALL .(GUTTERS MAY HAVE EXCESS LEAVES . ALSO BACK GUTTER NEEDS ATTENTION. ONLY MENTIONED THIS FOR OWNER'S BENIFIT . HOT WATER SUPPLY (SHOWER) SENSATIONAL.
