• Lilian (7/5): Excelente localização se vc nao se incomodar com barulho de avião desde as 6h da manha. - Somente da excelente Localização. Roupa de cama e banho velhas. Para cobrir o colchão usam lençol sem elástico do que passamos todas as noites com boa parte do colchão sem cobertura. Travesseiros velhos. Estava bem frio e pedi um cobertor extra mas não foi disponibilizado, apesar de so ter na cama um cobertor de casal, era insuficiente para cobrir o casal pois meu marido tem 1,90. O banheiro exalava mau cheiro de tubulação de esgoto. Devido ao aeroporto, o barulho fortissimo de aviões constantes desde as 6h da manha ate 22h. Me disseram pra desocupar o apt as 11:30h quando o horário do checkout informado no booking era de 12h. Do que ficamos ate ao Meio dia mas como se tivesse sido aberta uma exceção. Um abuso.
• Ana (10/5): Excelente opção em São Paulo. - Excelente! Ótima localização e o edifício oferece diversas comodidades. Apto bem decorado e funcional. A empresa que administra as hospedagens também é excelente e prestativa. O bairro também é muito seguro. Gostei de tudo, mas me assustei um pouco com o barulho dos aviões. Depois me acostumei, mas no primeiro dia eu fiquei incomodada. No entanto, se fechar as janelas a acústica é muito boa e você não ouve nada.

• Rosenilda (7/5): Precisa ajustar algumas coisas pra ficar excelente - Localização ótima as pessoas da recepção atenciosas o ap bem arrumado e mobiliado. De não ter ducha no banheiro , não ter sanduicheira, o microondas não funcionou travado não consegui destravar, os tapetes não são antiderrapantes quase caí, o volume da tv não aumentava

• Areda (8/5): Very good - I had a great stay overall! The location is excellent — definitely one of the biggest advantages. Having a 24-hour reception was super convenient, and there’s also a small store on the ground floor which was really handy. The only downside was the noise from the airplanes during the first few days. Since the place is right next to the airport, it honestly felt like the planes were flying right through the room. It was quite annoying at first, but eventually, you do get used to it. Other than that, everything was great!
• Michael (10/5): Excellent top floor apartment - Excellent apartment, very clean, well-equipped, and with additional soundproofing on the balcony. It is one of the bigger apartments in this building. Management is quick to respond to requests.
