• Ivonne (10/5): Good vibes in a green Oase...Not feeling like in big cityb - The Cactos is the best choice in Ho Chi Minh, if you are not a luxury 5*-traveller...for me everything was more than perfect, but I am a humble person. The host Ngoc is one of the best hosts, I have ever met in my life; absolutely kindhearted and a wonder-full person. Normally I try to leave cities as soon as possible, but I stayed in his hostel around 2 weeks; and not only me, other travellers, too. It is a special location. Please choose it when you are looking for good vibes and bring good vibes. There are possibilities for Karaoke and nice evenings together.
• Marisol (7/5): It’s fine for some nights- not to cheap for the value and the distance to the city - It’s outside and the vounteer lady was very attentive There is a not mentioned unofficial trash disposal next to it and sometimes several times it gets but burned down. So the toxic smell is everywhere for some minute. It has a basic dirt level to everything which is quite high and it looks abandoned.

Lufthavnen ligger tæt på, så fly-larm vil man ikke kunne undgå, men personligt fandt jeg det charmerende.

• Florence (8/5): - Un oasis magnifique et son accueillant hôte. Un beau parc aux multiples variétés de cactées et autres végétaux. Ses chalets confortables réalisés avec goût et tout cela avec de la musiques relaxante. Chaleureux accueil qui nous laissera un excellent souvenir. Les toilettes.

It was a surprise we had breakfast included egg and bread :) it is True you can hear the planes very close but you get used to it. It is perfect what you get for the price.

• Maksymilian (9/5): Perfect vibe for nomads - I literally love the place, vibe and people i met here. This what you got for the price is more than fair enough. If u don’t mind that air planes are quite noisy and sometimes dog barks u will be more than good. And the one problem is not everywhere wifi is good but u always can move to some couch closer to the router for that.

• Martin (2/5): Very poor - It was quirky and interestingly designed. It was really uncomfortable, the bed was a very thin mattress on upturned plastic crates and I could feel all the ridges. Sleep was bad and I was achy in the morning. It's also under the flight path for the major international airport. Constant noise. The shared loo and bathroom were in poor condition, no paper or bum gun, or even a jug in the loo and the shower floor is slimy. If you like sleep and even basic cleanliness don't go there! I've stayed in some cheap places both here and in India and this is one of only a handful I've felt driven to leave negative feedback. Awful.
• Yemaya (7/5): Good - Very cool and quirky place, nice garden to hang out in. There's a good vegetarian noodle place a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a tent and the mattress pad was quite hard. If you are a light sleeper be aware that it's directly under the flight path for the airport and so there were planes coming in to land very regularly, which was very loud. We also didn't receive the included breakfast specified when we booked, although that might be because it was Tet and the owner was away so I think other people were looking after the place.

• Dave (3/5): No. Just no. Book a hostel in the city instead. - The freaky cactus plants in the garden were very interesting. The WiFi was totally disabled. On my last day of three the guy gave me his phone to hotspot off. The neighbours dog barked for hours. The neighbours extremely loud extremely bad karaoke was a absolute torture. The 90 decibels planes coming in for final approach every five minutes border on deafening. The mattress was a pad. Too skinny. Cold shower. Muddy street.

• Tijana (10/5): Love this place and I'll be back! - We had a bit of trouble finding the place, but it was worthy at the end. Far from the super chaotic and loud HCMC which is exactly what we needed. A chill place to relax. Food was great and was prepared by the amazing staff - thank you for everything! This is a camping place after all, so do not expect some luxury or whatever. :) Nothing
• Fabio (10/5): Cactos - I think the host and the people around just treated us like family and always with a smile, this place is not like the typical Booking Homestay, it is really special and it gives you the opportunity to enjoy different aspects of Vietnamese culture and landscape.

• Kimberley (9/5): Superb - The staff are all really lovely and helpful with anything you need. The garden is beautiful full of loads of cactus. The room was comfortable and clean. You get free breakfast and a free lift to the airport! It's only a 15 minute drive away so it's perfect for to stay there before you need to catch your flight. Would stay here again :)
