• Kryklia (10/5): - Апартаменты находятся в центе города, рядом продуктовые магазины, пица, макдональдс, кафе. В квартире удобные комнаты, в кухне студия есть все необходимое для жилья, много посуды, вся необходимая бытовая техника. Есть бесплатная парковка в 10 минутах ходьбы. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ.

• Tindruše (10/5): - Apartmán byl čistý, připravený. Plně vybavený. Super byli dvě toalety, pračka, mikrovlnná trouba, trouba, fritéza, sklokeramická deska, toustovač, konvice, přístroj na přípravu kávy, maximální TV. Internet bez problémů. Majitelka velmi ochotná.

• Migla (10/5): - Great apartment, great location, very helpful host. It was a bit of an issue with the keys but hosted managed it very quickly and she also allowed us to leave our luggage before checkin time.
• Martina (10/5): - Krásný prostorný apartmán v centru města, spoustu místa, vkusně zařízené, hodně spotřebičů, všude kousek, jak do centra, tak na kolonádu. Parkování trochu dále, ale nevadilo, jen jsme večer hůře hledali box na klíč na parkovišti, ale našli. Jediné, co bych trochu doplnila, je nádobí, málo hrnků, málo skleniček, málo talířků. A možná i vyměnit židle, už nejsou v nejlepším stavu a trochu kazí dojem celého krásného apartmánu.

• Stephan (10/5): Beste Ferienwohung die ich je hatte - Von der Gastgeberin erhielt ich vorab eine Nachricht, wo ich den Parkplatz finde und wie ich an den Schlüssel komme. Die Beschreibung war äußerst detailliert und sogar ein Video warr verlinkt - besser geht es nicht. Alles absolut top - wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

• Harald (10/5): - Sehr zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Sehr hilfreich in Karlsbad ist der kostenfreie Parkplatz, den man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zum Ein- und Ausladen haben wir den Parkplatz am Albert Supermarkt benutzt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Alex (9/5): - Alles war sehr gut. Danke! Wenn man wüsste, dass man für kurze Zeit genau vor der Tür parken darf, wäre das ganz wunderbar, da die Tür in der Hauptstraße direkt neben Starbucks ist. Bitte achten Sie aber auf die Schilder – die Durchfahrt über die Hauptstraße ist nicht rund um die Uhr erlaubt. Abgesehen von dieser Kleinigkeit war alles ganz wunderschön.

• Nicole (9/5): gern wieder - Die Wohnung ist in toller Lage, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mitten in der Stadt ! Betten sehr weich, für ein paar Nächte ok und ein gemütliches Licht im Wohnzimmer hat gefehlt. Tut aber nichts zur Sache, die Lage und Ausstattung war ansonsten perfekt.
• Hankyul (9/5): 카를로비바리 시내 숙소 - 무료 주차와 카를로 비바리의 중심지에 숙소가 있다. 집은 깔끔하고 편했다. 집에 들어가는 방법은 어렵지 않았는데, 주차장을 찾는게 어려웠다. 주차장을 알려줄때 주차장 이름으로 알려줄게 아니고 지도의 좌표를 찍어서 알려주는게 좋을듯하다! 아쉽게도 집 앞에 주차하고 짐 내리기에는 유동인구가 많아서 집 반대편에 주차 하고 짐을 옮겨야했다.

• Sina (10/5): Sehr gut. Würden wieder kommen. - Wirklich gut durchdacht. Ausstattung perfekt. Zwei WCs mit Bidet-Funktion. Küche mit Airfryer etc. Räume perfekt genutzt. Platz ohne Ende. Lage super. Hat alles funktioniert. Hatten einen falschen Link bekommen für den Parkplatz. Konnten es dann aber selbst finden. Ansonsten nichts auszusetzen. Hat alles geklappt.
• Olena (10/5): Чудесный отдых - С удовольствием порекомендует эти апартаменты .Квартира очень удобна ,как для большой семьи ,так и для компании друзей .Чудесная кухня со всеми удобствами и две спальни с дополнительными местами .Замечательное расположение недалеко от центра города и если нужно ,то и супермаркет тоже в минутной доступности .Я была со своей семьёй и все члены моей семьи остались довольны.Если будем ехать в Карловы Вары обязательно выберем эти апартаменты для проживания . • Artjom (5/5): - The apartment is pretty cozy and beautiful. They has a lot of extra amenities such as coffee machine, air grill and so on. Such unprofessional and unfriendly service I never saw in whole my life. First of all, the check out here is at 10.00, while in other places it’s at 11-12. While we were packing our belongings (at 10.30) lady came to make a cleaning. She was saying that we must take the garbage with us(which is super stupid in first place) we asked for a trash bag and that lady called us bustards, faggots and idiots and just through the bag to one of our faces. Second, the parking is 20 minutes walk from the apartment, on Booking nothing is said about that you’ll need to go with heavy bags for 20 minutes. And it is not secured at all. Yes, there is a gate for the enter, but these gates are only to make a payment (or to put a card there) and then they are going to open. Third, we asked from the lady where we need to keep keys because in the instruction there is no information about that, she told “the same place from where you took it, idiots” since they have so many lockers with PIN codes we couldn’t keep in mind the code for every safe box, but when we came next to the safe box to keep keys over there, guess what? She just deleted the whole chat story. And we needed to come back to the apartment to give these keys to her. But she just gave us a code and told “go and put it in the right place”. Forth, in the apartment you have a washing machine and dishwasher, but they don’t provide ANY cleaning pods. So you can use it, but you need to go to the shop to buy it by yourself. But while you are traveling, you don’t want to buy the whole box and to carry it with you or to keep it the flat. If you provide the opportunity to do the cleaning - you MUST give at least some pods to do that.

• Raquel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was large and well furnished. It was in a good location and awesome for families with kids. I enjoyed the size and the price was excellent. The mattress was really hard.
• Alena (10/5): Apartment itself was comfortable and nice and the lady who came clean it, was very kind and helpful. - Apartment was specious with 2 WC. Nice kitchen and living room too. Getting the keys was a hustle. Too far to walk and hard to find the second parking lot of the bus depot where the small house with lockbox was located. If we would arrive in nighttime we wouldn't be able to see the little numbers on the lockbox. You have to be fit to go retrieve the keys. We choose to park closer to the apartment, just down the street for 500 CZ Kronen for 24hr parking.
• Alena (10/5): Apartmet was comfortable and specious. Employee was kind and helpful. - Location was great. Cute apartment with nice kitchen and two WC. Getting the keys was a husle, long walk to some bus depot with 2 huge parking lots. We almost missed the second lot with the little house, where the lockbox was hanging. If we woukd arrived in the evening it would be impossible to see the tiny numbers on the lockbox too.
• Ecaterina (8/5): Not bad overall, but could improve. - Good size living-room, 2 toilets (very important when traveling as a group). Elevator in building. Multiple keys provided. Great location! Pictures in the listing are accurate. Clean. For what we paid - I consider it not be the best value, only because of location and 2 toilets (separate from shower) my rating is high. I knew there is no AC, but not even a fan was provided. While location is very good, that prevents you from opening windows in hopes to get a breeze (it gets very VERY loud). No window nets (to prevent wasps from entering the apartment). Parking, that is advertised with the property is actually at some other location, like completely different residence, 7min walk away and thats where you pick up the keys for check in, so lacks convenience. Kitchen is missing salad and pasta bowls, no pads for dishwasher.
• Darko (7/5): No parking, uninterested host; manage by yourself - The apartment is big and can realistically accommodate up to 8 people. they have 2 q.s. beds + 2 beds that are on improvised galleries (for smaller children). the apartment was clean and located in the pedestrian zone. no car access. it doesn't have air conditioning, so during the hot season it's not a good thing. with the window open you have to count on 150 decibels every night until 4 am under the window Host. He informed us 3 hours before our arrival that we have to collect the key from the apartment building in another place in the city where parking should also be provided. you need to pick up the keys in the box at the parking lot. it's about 1 km from the apartment (by car). this free parking its just a bad advertisement to get people hooked. it is located on another private land where other people live who do not allow parking and regularly call the police if you park there and report a disturbance. at no time did the host contact us or apologize for the situation or make sure to at least give you advice on where to go. The host directs you(per email) to the public parking lot under the pretext that he will cover the cost of the parking lot. that's fine, but again(our 1st time in city) you have to research where you will park, since there are thousands of tourists in the city with the same problems, parking on the road is time-limited regardless of payment. so secured parking is a big NO. you will most often be a kilometer or more away from the car, if you plan trips to nearby locations (with car) you will have the same problem with parking every time you return to the location of the apartment. if you don't have a car, then the accommodation is ok, except that there is no air conditioning, and an open window at night brings 150 db until 4 in the morning. people under the window shout, drink and fight every night.
• Barb (7/5): Clean modern place to stay. - Very modern Would have been nice to have at least a bottle of water in the fridge for when we arrived. Nothing was left for us at all. When we stayed in Prague the owner left us so many wonderful things. Make sure you have internet going here or you will never find your way.
