• Helena (1/5): Nikdy viac APARTMAN SWISS STARS - Nič! Apartmán bol špinavý, podlaha lepkavá. Fotky vôbec nezodpovedali realite. V kúpelni tieklo umývadlo ktore slubili opravit nestalo sa. Všade smrad. Prosili sme o izbu kde sa nefajči. Izba bola prefajčena zle sa nám dýchalo museli sme stale vetrať. Skrinky čistý grc 🤮 ešte ani baterky v ovladači neboli😃 pavučiny v kúte, pod posteľou bordel. Lišty odlepené, na stole bol lepkavý neporiadok, gauč špinavý. HNUS ! Kontaktovali sme cez booking majitela ziadna odozva , pisali sme a jediné čo nám odpísali bolo ako je im to ľuto ale že apartmán nam nevymenia ale ak cokolvek ine potrebujeme vsetko vyriešia😃 Táto firma ma jeden apartmán nafotený ktorý vidite a real je uplne niekde inde. A najlepšie je že ma pustí dat iba 4 fotky , fotiek ako vyzeral apartmán mame viac a davame ixh aj na google kde sa zmestia vsetky! Neodporúčame

• Denys (6/5): За таку ціну, не все так погано, але бажано зробити косметичний ремонт. - Гарне розташування. Адміністрація допомогла розібратись з ключем і входом до апартаментів. В Апартаментах чисто і тепло, якщо включити батарею. Гарна ванна кімната. Привітна адміністрація. Деякі фото не відповідають дійсності. Погана якість меблів(Люстра висіла на половині кріплення, побиті меблі, подерте ліжко, металеві полички, біля ліжка, ледве стоять на ніжках) посуд який є в апартаментах не дуже чистий, краще перемити перед використанням, деякі виделки погнуті. В апартаментах дуже чутно все що відбувається навколо. Апартаменти на двох, але стілець за кухонним столом один.

• Lada (8/5): Doporučuji, skvělá zkušenost, kdybych měla další cestu do Curychu, vyberu si stejné ubytování. - Moc pěkné, velmi čisté a prostorné ubytování. Nadstandardní vybavení, dokonce i myčka, plotna a všechno potřebné nádobí bylo k dispozici. Lehce dál od centra, ale stále v dochozí vzdálenosti a v klidné lokalitě.

There were stains on the furniture, walls & bedding. Cobwebs & dust were very prevalent. You can tell they do not take pride in the accommodations nor do they care about quality or comfort or sanitation.

• Alaitz (3/5): - Que estaba a 25 mins andando del centro, bastante bien ubicado. Las instalaciones bastante deterioradas, el apartamento un poco sucio, le faltaba luz, incluso un interruptor estaba roto...y para lo que ofrecía bastante cara la noche. La cama se hundía bastante no era muy cómoda. Y la nevera olía bastante mal. Las sillas del comedor también rotas. La ducha bastante claustrofobica.

• Omer (2/5): - Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den Bildern, die online dargestellt wurden. Die Erwartungen, die durch die Fotos geweckt wurden, konnten vor Ort nicht erfüllt werden. Zudem gab es im Badezimmer ein Problem mit dem Abfluss – das Wasser lief nur sehr schlecht ab, was den Komfort entsprechend beeinträchtigt hat. Für den Preis war es noch akzeptabel, aber insgesamt war der Zustand nicht ganz so, wie man es anhand der Darstellung erwartet hätte.

• Carina (5/5): Ok für eine Nacht - Die Lage war gut, das Bett bequem und der Self-Check-In problemlos. Dafür war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Klohalter defekt, Front bei Badschrank hat gefehlt, kein Wasserkocher. Alles nicht schlimm, aber nicht für den Preis.

Per esempio i servizi “ complementary “ non vengono offerti, come shampoo asciuga capelli, un asciugamano in più e una coperta non ci sono stata dati subito ma abbiamo dovuto chiedere due volte. E il parcheggio non l’abbiamo potuto avere perché i posteggi tutti occupati.

• Isabelle (5/5): - Die Matratze war etwas weich, aber bequem. Größe des Zimmers war gut und super unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Lage ok. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos von der Buchung, das sah deutlich besser aus. Das Wasser im Waschbecken (Bad) ist kaum abgelaufen, bei der kleinsten Menge Wasser stand es schon voll. Die Mikrowelle hat nicht warm gemacht, nur gedreht. Kein Spülmittel in der Küche und alter Schwamm. Nur ein normales Glas und ein Löffel, insgesamt spartanische (Küchen-)Ausstattung. Kein Vorhang vor einem der zwei Fenster, nur Aussenrollos, die man manuell runterziehen musste und die teilweise wieder hoch gingen. Decke war sehr schmal für zwei Leute. Für eine Nacht und kurzfristig gebucht war es ok.

• Stephan (1/5): - Eigentlich nichts. Einmal war einmal zu viel... Mitten in der Nacht wurde auf dem Korridor geschrien und im Gang wurde auch geraucht. Der Rauch zog ins Zimmer... Dies in einem Nichtrauucherhotel... Der Gang war verschmutzt und wurde schon lange nicht mehr ggereinigt. Die Matratze unbequem.. Wahrscheinlich hängt es auch mit dem Kontext zusammen. Für ein Hotel in der Schweiz zu dem Preis für mich nicht akzeptabel. Irgendwo am Ende der welt oder für einen Bruchteil des Geldes wäre es ok.

• Ines (7/5): Overall, an average stay with some organizational and comfort issues. - I liked the location, which was convenient and easy to reach. I also appreciated the responsiveness of a staff member who helped resolve the room allocation issue when I called. I did not appreciate several aspects of my stay. My early check-in request was refused without any alternative solution, despite a very early arrival after a long journey. I had to book an additional night, but there was still confusion between reservations and access codes, which was not clearly explained. The heating in the room was insufficient and made some noise during the night, which affected comfort. The bedding was also not ideal in size, which made it difficult to stay properly warm, especially given the cold temperature in the room. Overall, the lack of flexibility, coordination issues, and limited comfort impacted my experience.

I also appreciated that one staff member reacted quickly when I called and helped resolve the room issue. I was very disappointed with several aspects of my stay. First, despite mentioning my early arrival in the special request section, no alternative solution was proposed. I was simply asked to book an extra night, which I did, but the handling of my two reservations was very poorly managed. As a result, I had to check out at 11:00 a.m. after only a few hours of rest following a long and exhausting journey, and then wait outside in the cold and rain for hours because early check-in was again refused. The heating in the room was also insufficient. The room remained cold, especially around the bed, and the radiator made constant noise that made it difficult to sleep. Finally, the duvet was not adequate in size. It was too narrow to properly cover the body, which made the night uncomfortable, especially given the cold temperature in the room. Overall, the lack of flexibility, poor coordination, and uncomfortable conditions significantly impacted my experience.

• Sébastien (3/5): Insalubre et plus que limite ! - Malgré le fait de ne pas avoir reçu le code pour la clé, l'hôte a tout de suite répondu au téléphone et m'a guidé pour accéder à l'appartement. Chambres spacieuses. Draps propres. Nous avions 2 appartement séparés pour une famille de 4 mais pour une nuit ce n'était pas un problème Vraiment très sale et moisi par endroit dans les 2 appartements! Le nettoyage est quasi inexistant. Le mobilier tombe en ruine. Pas de pile dans la télécommande de la TV. Evier bouché. Pas digne d'un "hôtel" en Suisse.

• Veronika (2/5): - Das Personal an der Hotline war sehr freundlich Es steht in der Beschreibung, dass es Parkplätze gibt. Das stimmt nicht und es ist sehr schwer dort in der Gegend einen Parkplatz zu finden. Außerdem steht in der Beschreibung, dass es ein Rauchverbot gibt. Es riecht aber leider sehr stark nach Rauch in den Zimmer, vor allem auch die Bettwäsche. Generell war das Zimmer nicht gerade sauber. Putz ist von den Wänden abgefallen, das Bett war sehr alt und hat viele Gebrauchsspuren. Funktionierende Steckdosen waren auch schwer zu finden. Es gab auch keinerlei Seife in der Wohnung. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig und dementsprechend konnte man nicht gut schlafen, da es laut war. Das Wasser im Waschbecken ist auch nicht gut abgelaufen. Auch wenn es zwar recht günstig war, würde ich dort nicht nochmal buchen.

But top of worst is noun that is so short and tiny to cover your feet OR your shoulder. Not both!!!! Unbelievable!!!

Nobody around to solve issues, not even on the phone. All these inconveniences made my life miserable for the three days I stayed there.
