Aslında çok basit bir ulaşımı varken karmakarışık bir hale getirilmiş. Odayı 15dk arayıp bulamadık. Sonra bir görevliye denk geldik, o yönlendirdi. Aslında kolaymış. Çok kötü bir anlatımdı. Daha önce flat manager odasında kamıştık yine grand monastry’de, resimlerle görselleştirmiş gayet anlaşılırdı. Ayrıca yine flat manager öncesinde ge konaklamamız sırasında, çıkış yaptıktan sonra da çok ilgiliydi, bu konaklamama sahibi de ilgilense iyi olurdu

• Stanchev (8/5): - Хареса ни, че е тихо и спокойно. Беше чисто, уютно. Имаше всичко необходимо. Това, че прозорците са на кота нула. Няма решетка и не е възможно да оставиш отворен прозореца, когато не си там или когато спиш. Все пак си направо в гората, а понеже пистата е там, има и непрекъснато движение на хора през деня.
• Clémence (8/5): - Très bonne literie, équipement fonctionnel et bon emplacement à condition d'avoir une voiture. La tringle du rideau de douche semblait au bord de rendre l'âme. Il y avait de la poussière dans les recoins de l'appartement et un rasoir oublié.

• Fanny (9/5): Great place next to the slopes - Compact but very well equipped (included a fully equipped kitchenette), comfortable, practical. Great communication with the host. Great location right at one of the slopes. The apartment is almost at the top of a high building; only elevators lead up there, but they only go up, not down, so when leaving we had to carry all our luggage 5 or 6 flours down the stairs. Not very nice if you have to carry full skiing/snowboarding equipment plus other luggage...

• Jana (8/5): Pleasant stay - no pool/spa in autumn - A really well equipped small room, good heating, nicely furnished with thought towards practicality. Well equipped kitchen, we appreciated the oil & spaces etc...the fire place was a plus (although firewood overpriced) one can fetch wood in the surrounding forests. Friendly host. The pool/spa was closed even though it was advertised for our stay without an indication to seasonal closure. This was annoying because we drove all the way from Sofia to find out upon arrival.

• Felician (10/5): Exceptional - it is very unpleasant to take a shower when the tub has no doors, and the only protection is a curtain that cannot close tightly. it's a shame, considering the rest is ok.
