• DHL (7/5): Wat een super locatie in het centrum. - De locatie. Fantastisch! Op loopafstand van Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, etc etc! Ian heet je graag welkom en helpt je met informatie over de omgeving. Geeft goede tips over restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Hij is ook regelmatig te vinden zittend voor het appartement met een kop koffie in z'n hand. Het is klein (ook de bedden in verhouding wat wij gewend zijn) maar wel is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. 2 toiletten, goede keuken, etc. Kleine sidenote: je zit in het centrum dus veel geluiden van buiten + veel licht vanuit de gang en van buiten (in de ochtend = heel vroeg wakker). En ja, het is erg stoffig door de locatie. Niet handig met allergieën. Maar ja, je wilt het centrum of niet?

• Luis (9/5): 100% recomendable - Ian el anfitrión, muy amable, dispuesto y flexible. La ubicación es inmejorable y el apartamento esta muy bien. Si lo que buscas es descanso, no es el sitio. Está en el centro de Londres y hay ruido por la noche.

• Mel (10/5): Fantastic location in London - We had a 3 night stay in London and this apartment was in a fantastic location to everything. Great for all the theatre district. Ian was so accommodating and his apartment had everything you need plus more and was spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. Nothing

• Amanda (9/5): Location and apartment is wonderful and super nice host. Easy walk to most attractions +underground. - This is a beautiful compact property in a fantastic location. It was clean and the bathrooms and linen were lovely. The view from the bedrooms is spectacular. The host was very helpful 10/10 and excellent communication. We were able to walk to a show in the west end- did take the tube back, The best galleries and eateries are walking distance- even Big Ben and Buckingham palace. Had a washing machine for laundry and it felt very secure. Great mini supermarkets close to the apartment. There was street noise but we were there at the busiest time of the year, the area is super busy in July. Hard to say anything negative.

• Tom (10/5): Exceptional - Central location to everything, gracious and helpful host, everything we needed on site. Easy access from the street. Tons of restaurants, pubs, shopping within 5 minutes walking. Probably not a better place to stay in central London. Noise and mayhem from Sunderland fans out on the streets. Obviously, nothing could be done about that. We picked a bad weekend, due to our cluelessness about the UK football calendar.

• Helen (10/5): Location was key as we like this part of the city best. - Location was excellent. Close to tube, theatre, shopping, Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Buckingham Palace. Kitchen had everything. Lift great for an elderly traveler. Windows opened nicely if the room was warm. Iron, Fans and hair dryer provided. Comfy beds. Clean bathrooms and tub. Ian was great, very personable and responsive if we had a question about the flat.

• Jennifer (9/5): This apartment is the perfect place for two or four people to enjoy London. - This apartment was perfect for our weekend stay in London. It is a short walk from Leicester Square station (direct link to Heathrow) and right on the edge of Covent Garden. Our host, Ian, was a star. Even tho we arrived very early in the morning, he met us in the cafe opposite to give us the keys and show us the apartment, and there were no check-out restrictions. And he gave us great insider tips on where to eat in the area. The place is old and quite small, but it was clean and warm with comfy beds (very soft - not great for everyone). It was ideal for the four of us. The only small disadvantage of the location is the noise at night/early morning from the local pubs.
• Beccababe007 (10/5): Location, Location, Location - The location of this flat is amazing! Right in central London and only steps from the Tube. Having 2 bedrooms and a full bath plus the half bath was very nice. The cloths washer was also a functioning drier, which we were not expecting. It was a nice bonus. The living and kitchen areas are small, but we expected that for a central London flat.
• Dmitry (9/5): If you want to be in the center of London with tube almost next to your door, this the righ place - Location is excelent. Most of main London tourist sites are in walking distance. Appartments are very cozy as the landlord also uses to live ther from time to time. The landlord is the fantastic person, very friendly and full of hospitality to the guests. All were good. However, if some doesn't like antique furnutures this may be an issue) For us it was not a problem at all. Moreover, we fancied unusual and cozy interior.

• Heather (10/5): Comfortable and convenient - much better than a hotel at the same price. - With a convenience store round the corner we made our own breakfasts; very central for all London attractions, plenty of reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Host Ian could not have been more helpful and the flat was comfortable, characterful and well-equiped. Surprisingly quiet at night as well.

• Caroline (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in the heart of bustling Soho, three minutes from Leicester Square Station. China Town and Covent Garden are just around the corner. The owner Ian has a heart of gold and is on hand to answer any questions. The apartment is for people who appreciate individuality and independence. We felt right at home and were able to immerse ourselves in the London lifestyle right away.

Ian is a gracious host that ensures you have all of your needs met. we would stay here every time we were in London. we felt safe and pampered!
• Samantha (10/5): Cosy apartment in an excellent location. - The location is perfect a really lively neighbourhood. When we requested a later check in due to our plan arrival this was not a problem at all and Ian was happy to stay back to show us around the property and offer advise on things we could see and places to go. The apartment was cosy and had all the facilities you need. Would return back here for sure.
