• imee (9/5): They anticipated our needs. We felt at home - Well equipped kitchen/toiletries. The owner thought about our needs in terms of dining/cooking/dishwashing supplies/coffee/basic condiments. Fridge dispensed drinking water. I do not recall about needing to use ice dispenser. We were able to save money by not buying abovementioned supplies as it was already provided. They provided welcome wine as well as chocolates! Enough parking space as well! I was hoping for laundry facilities - washer/dryer
• Maksym (10/5): Exceptional - It’s so amazing place to stand by, you will get everything you will need. The main thing is that you can rich everywhere in a minutes. Clean house with BBQ area, silence area. Thank you for so cool place, it was unforgettable.
• Mark (5/5): Large house with few facilities - The rooms were large, with plenty of beds. There is off street parking. It’s next to a busy freeway in an un-pretty suburban street.The kitchen has no washing machine or saucepans, so forget about cooking or laundry. The shower handle in master bedroom bath doesn’t move to hot setting; the master wardrobe coat hangers are 7ft off the ground; the bath towels are old and didn’t look clean (recommend bring your own).
• Eugene (10/5): It was absolutely perfect I come to Los Angeles a lot for work and will definitely be staying here again - The location was amazing. It was close to the freeway, very clean and updated, plenty of parking and easy communication with the host couldn’t ask for a better stay
• Hedieh (1/5): Bad - Location I recently stayed at this short-term accommodation and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. The cleaning standards were far below acceptable, and it was evident that the property had not been properly maintained between guests. Here are some of the major issues I encountered: 1. **Leftover Items from Previous Guests**: I found items from previous guests under the bed, which clearly indicated that the space had not been thoroughly cleaned. 2. **Black Mold in Bathrooms**: The bathrooms had black mold, which is not only unsightly but also a serious health hazard. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. 3. **Sticky and Oily Drawers**: The cutlery in the drawers was sticky, and all the drawers felt oily and unclean. It was clear that they had not been properly wiped down or sanitized. 4. **Dust and Dirt Everywhere**: There was a significant amount of dust and dirt under the sofas, behind curtains, and in other hard-to-reach areas. The cleaning was very superficial, and it felt like the property had not been deep cleaned in a long time. 5. **Dismissive and Dishonest Host**: The host was unresponsive and dismissive when I raised these concerns. It was only after involving the booking platform that they showed any interest. Even then, they promised a partial refund but failed to follow through and became completely non-responsive afterward. Overall, this property is in desperate need of a serious deep clean, and the host needs to prioritise hygiene and cleaning standards moving forward. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made. It was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the host takes these issues seriously for the sake of future guests.

• Kenya (4/5): Enjoyed the stay with family was just disappointed in requesting things that should have been done and provided. - The location was close to everything and the place is as pictured. Jomi responded quickly. We had to request a cleaning as well as additional toilet paper and paper towels. For a couple days stay there was only 2 rolls of each.
• Tristan (9/5): We had a great trip and the house was excellent! Great location! - Great location, very clean and updated. Driveway to park rental was handy. Pillows, takes awhile for water to get warm.
• Jackson (10/5): If I'm ever in Cali and I will be there long than 3 days, I will be renting again if its available. - OMG this property was amazing. When I opened the door, it was a WOW factor. The kitchen area was so spacious. When I visit again if its available, I will be renting again if its available. It was nothing that I didn't like. I suggest that you present more towels, but everything else was nice.
• Vincent (10/5): The right house in a great location of LA. - Great location, close to great food places. Not too far from the beach and in secluded street. Felt safe walking around the streets. The house has a good amount of beds for 7 adults. Very cozy! No complaints. Was just right.
• Juan (10/5): Awesome place. Perfect location - Just like the pictured. Cost/benefit ratio is perfect. Good location depending on where are you planning to go (close to the Airport, Venice, Santa Monica…) Beds are not so comfortable. Even though, are quite standard to have an average sleep
• Santanu (9/5): This is a cute, spacious house with good value in a central location. - The property was beautiful and 15-20 minutes from the beach. We loved that the hosts left champagne and chocolate for us- we felt very welcome! The house was very spacious. We felt it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, particularly under the beds and the floor of the master bedroom shower. While looking for my socks, I found a ball of hair and dust under the bed. The floor of the master bedroom shower had a significant amount of pink bacteria/mold on the floor. In addition, one of the coffee tables in the living room was very wobbly.

• Anna (10/5): Very good House in LA, recommended - Excellent and safe location, plenty of beds for large family and friends, big TV. We didn’t use but in the backyard there is a grill and sitting area outside. Minor things: There is no washing machine, there wasn’t any supplies for dishwasher, no sponge (annoying), I would suggest to equip the kitchen in more bowls (for cereals with milk and salad serving).

• Jennifer (10/5): Our family enjoyed our stay at this place. It was affordable, nice size, plenty of clean beds for everyone, and comfort - It was very clean, quiet, and safe. My family enjoyed our stay because of how safe we felt. We didn’t find anything to dislike.
