• Joao Renault (8/5): - Good location, you can take a bus or walk a bit to reach the good places. The host was really nice, and took time to show us the place, which is rare today. Sheets and toals were clean. This place is not really suitable for 4 people, unless it's a big family. Bathroom can expose some unexpected intimacy.

• Hans (9/5): 14 days in cosy place, real vaulted ceiling - Nice historic area, great neighbourhood, more locals than tourists, next to mass tourisme, real market close by, walking distance to hot spots, Toscana type restaurant next door, small simple church with 3 famous paintings, now hanging in the Uffizi Museum. I liked it

• Benjamin (9/5): - Appartement très bien placé à 15 minutes à pied seulement du Duomo et du centre historique. Un appartement agréable qui mérite sa note à la vue de ses qualités. L'accueil de Mr Luca qui parle Français, lui, mérite 10/10 au regard de sa gentillesse, sa prévenance et son efficacité. Celui-ci nous a attendu après 1h00 de retard de notre vol à notre arrivée, et n'a pas hésité de nous renseigner sur tous les aspects du tourisme à Florence. Retour à l'aéroport assuré par Mr Luca qui nous a réservé un taxi pour le retour. Adresse donc que je vous conseille .... Confort agréable où l'on regrette que cet appartement ne dispose que d'une seule fenêtre pour aérer. Heureusement il y a une bonne Vmc et une super climatisation. Il manque quelques équipements de base pour manger mais rien de grave.

• ANA (9/5): Perfecta para una breve estancia! - La zona es muy tranquila y segura, con un breve paseo puedes estar en el centro histórico, al lado hay una parada de autobús, supermercado, zona de bares, un parque… el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una breve estancia, la cama es enorme y muy cómoda, el wc queda separado de la ducha, la cocina dispone de todo lo necesario (excepto horno). Al llegar nos atendió Luca súper amable hizo el esfuerzo de hablar en español y nos dio instrucciones para nuestra estancia en la ciudad. El sofá está un poco viejo. Al ser un apartamento en un bajo hay poca luz natural y algún que otro mosquito (incluso alguno aplastado en la pared).
• Mendonça (10/5): - Nossa estadia em Florença foi perfeita! O anfitrião Lucca foi extremamente cordial e atencioso desde o primeiro contato, sempre prestativo e rápido nas respostas. O apartamento é excelente: espaçoso, muito bem equipado e confortável, acomodando perfeitamente quatro pessoas. A localização também é incrível, próxima dos principais pontos turísticos e com várias opções de restaurantes e cafés por perto. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa e com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui em uma próxima visita a Florença!

• Ana (9/5): - O anfitrião é espectacular e muito simpático. Falou-nos da cidade e fez-nos um pequeno roteiro. O quarto é espaçoso e tem muito boas condições. O chuveiro é muito fraco, o que torna a experiência do banho frustrante.

L’accoglienza è stata del tutto eccezionale Sarebbe stato meglio avere più asciugamani in quanto per 4 giorni abbiamo dovuto utilizzare sempre le stesse. inoltre per 2 persone è stato fornito solo un piccolo campioncino di bagnoschiuma

• David (9/5): - Very nice neighbourhood. Quiet area with a park nearby. Restaurants were available within a few minutes walk. The centre was also close by. The apartment had all the facilities needed. Staff were very nice.

The staff were very friendly and gave us some great advice. There is a morning market just around the corner and a large park. All the main attractions are a short walk away, but you are away from all the noise and bustle. Had a great 2 night stay but wish we stayed longer!

Everything in the vicinity was walkable, and there was a very lovely restaurant a couple doors up. Luca was so very helpful when we arrived and gave us many tips about the city and places to visit. We couldn't fault it. It was a great place to stay.

• Susan (10/5): Lovely accommodation for 2 - Very comfy bed and clean fresh linen and towels. Hot shower. Plenty of crockery, pans, utensils, toaster, air fryer and coffee machine. Fabulous aircon! Great location! The bus to the Firenze station stops just left of the property and over the road. Shower water took a while to go down and the pressure wasn't that great.

• Rhea (9/5): Great place in Florence with everything you need! - Super clean space within a 25 minute walk of everything in Florence! The space was laid out well for a family of 4. It was especially nice that even though there was only one bathroom, the shower and toilet were in separate rooms. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking meals! Front door went right out to the street. On two evenings people were loitering outside the door (waiting for the nearby restaurant) well into the evening and kept us up.

• Cristian (3/5): not for family with kids! - the location was very good. I am sorry to say that this was one of the worst experience I had. Inside the appartement was a smell quite bad. this is an underground appartement, like an ex-cellar. I am not that sensitive, but my wife and my kids could not stand it (the smell make them sick!) and I was forced to make a new reservation for them for the remaining 2 nights we stayed in Florence. my wife and my daughter could sleep only 3 hours in the first night. and the next day we had our planned visit to Uffizi. this created a very bad mood in our family. Happily, I could find a better appartement for my wife and my kids 500 meters away. Of course, this means an extra 350 euros paid for the remaining 2 nights. I was not happy with this. And we, as family, were separated, since I remained in the “cellar”. Another bad thing is that there was no door between the two rooms, and this is necessary if there are 4 persons. in fact, this flat is good for 1 or 2 persons, and if they are not very sensitive.
