The staff were amazing with a fast response to all our requests, and they were flexible and friendly. The apartment was spacious, and all necessary facilities were available. The Smart Big TV comes with Netflix, Shahid, and other apps. The apartment looks older than it appears in the photos, but overall, it’s not bad. However, the price is quite high given its condition. The floors were covered in dust, and my baby’s socks got very dirty from walking around. The baby bed was suitable for a newborn, but it wasn’t safe for babies who are starting to move and walk. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The cleaning team was not very professional. Although the apartment initially seemed clean, the issue with the dirty floors returned shortly after they finished their work.

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The shower works well, the bed and pillows make for a very comfortable sleep. All as shown in photos. Enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Slight hiccup with leaving our bags before check-in time as Brassbell reception is at a building around the corner; it would have been helpful to know this. However this was remedied and all staff we encountered were excellent. Condition of the building does not match the high standard of the interior of the flat (seventh floor, had lift)

- Dean (10/5): Very nice stay in the middle of Zamalek - The staff, the cleaness and the location were all very nice. The interior of the apartment although the dated exterior and hall, was very nice and well furnished. Felt like a proper home with a lot of warmth. The host even let us check in a bit earlier and they did the impossible to clean the room in record time. Appreciated
