Guest Reviews
- Anonymous (5/5): It's a very passable experience. - I am disappointed with many unuseful questions and forms. However, it ends up not providing me the right code for the main entrance nor the information to the apartment. I was lucky to cross a nice person in the building to help and explain to the management in Italian to sort out. Even though, the front door access code was still not right. Well, the person nicely recommended to use the key as alternative. It could be a disaster if we didn't meet this kind person. It has complicated registration procedure, too many indirect web links and unuseful messages, but the essential.
- Lars (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexia (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location
- Vladut (5/5): It's ok if you dont have other options, but I wouldn't come again... - The location was good, close to the tram. The apartment was spacious and the instructions to get there were clear. The bed was broken and made a very noisy sound.
The place was not so clean, the sofa was really dirty and the bathroom's AC was full of dust.
In the building, the hallway smelled really bad.
- Dritero (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruno (10/5): Perfect for staying with friends! - Great place! With all you need for a great staying! Good location, close to metro (10 minutes walking). A bit hard to find, but they send you a video with all the instructions. We were 4 people and there was only one toilet paper roll.
- Theodore (7/5): Great location! - Great location close to restaurants, shops and the Naviglio. Perfect for walking to places rather than taking taxies or transport but also well connected to the Duomo and other tourist attractions. Well appointed appartment.
- Khelghati (7/5): Good -
- Mariia (8/5): Very good - The location is good , it was easy to get to the flat. There were good instruction show to find a key.
There were two air conditioners !
Towels were clean.
There is enough space for the family. You can use train 15 to get to the center, it's easy to pay by phone.
The owner is very pleasant.
Despite the fact that I was surprised there is an additional web page iHost where I must describe all the information about guests (streets where they leave and ext) I was very happy to have a choice to pay for early check-in and late check-out. It was really useful.
There is nice and cheap coffee and delicious pistachio croissants , I guess it was "Good Morning"(it's very simple place). The floor was very dirty, socks were black in 3 minutes.
There is a lot of dust on the air conditioners and we cleaned it on our own as I have an allergy.
The only one left is dust on ventilation in the bathroom.
I was not able to open half of the instructions.
The bed in the biggest room is extremely loud like it's broken, so better not to pee at night as all the people in the flat wake up.
There was only one garbage bag and no sugar or table salt.
- Aleksandar (9/5): Good stay - Good location. Comfortable and clean. Air-conditioned.
- Fiesta (8/5): Very good - Location
- Rudolf (9/5): Great value great location - Great location close to the tram, so 10-15 min to the Duomo. Older building but great value for money.
- Sara (10/5): Would love to come back - Lovely property nice neighbours! I work in fashion and it’s by all the shows!!!!

- Doci (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ralitsa (8/5): Cozy and comfortable apartment, but with small things that can get some work.Great value for money:) - The apartment is situated in a very nice area in the Navigli neighborhood, super close to one of the canals. It was very well connected with the public transport. Even though there was no metro station close to the location, we could easily transfer with the tram. The night bus stop was super close to the place, so we managed to get to the central station on time and get the shuttle to Bergamo airport.
The apartment was very clean and cozy. The building was clean and well maintained. There is an elevator, however we preferred the stairs as the apartment is on the second floor.
The beds are comfortable, even though the one next to the bathroom is squeaking a lot even when only switching sides in it. There are blinds on the windows so in theory, you can have a great rest in the apartment.
We received a video tutorial of where the keys were hidden. Even though we didn’t find them at first, we felt like being on a quest which made is somewhat fun and exciting.
It was great value for money for a 3-days stay. There was a construction working right next to the building. They started at 7-8am so sleeping was a challenge. It doesn’t seem that the construction will end anytime soon.
There could have been two sets of keys. The apartment hosted 4 people (two couples) so it would have been great if both couples had their own keys.
There was no corkscrew to open your wine and unfortunately we couldn’t get the small coffemaker to work with the stove.
The bathroom door was also super challenging to use. It’s a slide in door that can get stuck in an open position and it’s quite hard to get it close again. Luckily, we managed to do it, but it’s something small and unnecessarily annoying that can be taken care of.
- Mizzu (9/5): Superb -
- Dj (7/5): so so but it’s ok - beautiful and clean few hot water and the guy didn’t reply. also they gave us the apartment 1 hour late and arrived to take it back exactly 10 am.
