• Diaa (3/5): - location I don't want to exaggerate, but this was one of my worst experiences in this apartment. For four days, the temperature dropped to -4°C at night, and the heating was cut off. When I contacted the landlord, he kept saying the maintenance technician would arrive soon, within four days. I never saw him, and every time I tried to call, he just said, "Thank you for your patience, he'll be here soon." But nothing happened. I don't understand what he means by saying he'll be here soon and then no one shows up after four days. My friend got sick from the cold. After this experience, I'm only giving the apartment three stars because of its location.

• Orit (8/5): דירה צבעונית ונוחה במרכז ויטושה - הדירה מרווחת במיקום מושלם.מעוצבת יפה,צבעוני ונוח. מיטה נוחה וגדולה. נקי מאוד. הרבה מקומות אכסון. יש את כל מה שצריך גם לשהות ארוכה. יש מעלית וזה מקל עם הציוד.ממליצה מאוד על הדירה היו ימים חמים במיוחד והיה מזגן רק בסלון.. כמו כן, לא היתה אופציה להחשיך את חדר השינה ובבולגריה השמש זורחת מוקדם מאוד. הבנתי שהנושאים יטופלו בעקבות ההערה שלנו.

• Koseva (7/5): Okay. - The location is perfect. Wasn't clean, didn't receive the correct password, the shower is clogged and the shower head is broken.
• Yana (9/5): Great space, location, view. - Brilliant location, easy access and check in, comfortable and safe for a solo woman traveler. I would have liked to have bigger towels, a microwave to warm up some food, but it’s absolutely great anyway and I had amazing stay. Would use this accommodation again.

• Simon (9/5): Superb - Spacious, secure, clean apartment right in the centre of the city. Surrounded by public transport options, making it very easy to get anywhere in or near the city including the mountains and airport. Great value for money and excellent communication with the hosts, very clear check in instructions provided. Comfortable bed and good heating. I would stay again without hesitation. There was a lack of some basic kitchen equipment. Only one pot, pan and sharp knife. No vegetable peeler, tea spoons or strainer. The shower drainage is poor, takes half an hour for water to drain after using.

• Inés (8/5): Great - The bed is really comfortable and the location is in the city centre! The curtains in the room aren't opaque so the lightness wakes you up early in the morning.

• David (10/5): Excellent stay in a comfortable, well-located flat with very good amenities - On the day of arrival, clear instructions were sent regarding picking up the keys from a key box opposite the flat. The flat itself was comfortable, with air conditioning in the living room, an iron, hairdryer, excellent shower, washing machine, oven, filtered water, and lots of space. The location is a busy, safe area but the flat is quiet. The metro is two minutes walk away. Communication throughout was clear and helpful. And I am very happy with the experience.

• Valerie (8/5): Good for seeing the central old town center - The apartment itself was set up for cooking and all was spacious. The location was wonderful to explore the town on foot for a few days. Make sure to see th archeological exhibits under the streets in the Serdika Subway station area. We even found quite a few Vegan restaurants near by. I enjoyed the diversity and the history. We took the "Communist" Walking tour... very informative. Sofia is a lovely city with parks and public places to meet, sit and relax everywhere! Very green with tree lined streets and the populace is out every evening, young and old enjoying the town, sitting in cafes and in all the parks. there was only AC in the living area, and the bedroom can get really warm (owner says another AC is coming soon) And one should be able to open the gorgeous big windows as it is cool at night, however being over the main pedestrian way with lots of late nighters, it was hard to sleep.
