- Suzanne (9/5): would definitely stay there again :-) - Lovely location in the vineyards, extremely quiet. Very charming, Anne & Pierre are lovely and made us feel very much at home! They joined us the next morning at breakfast, was nice to chat with them. Breakfast is simple, coffee/tea, bread jam/honey (excellent honey by the way)! We bought a jar to bring home.
Thank You for the lovely stay! Didn't realize can only c-in as of 17.00 (but didn't cause a problem as I called and Pierre came to greet us within minutes). The place is very old but that's part of it's charm, one is somewhat overwhelmed upon arrival as there's all kinds of stuff in the yard. Was a bit sceptical of what to expect especially as we invited friends along, but in the end the rooms were lovely. Have shared bathroom but that worked out very well. The bigger room has a sink so you can freshen up in the room.

- David (10/5): - Absolut wonderful location. Super friendly staff. This is an excellent place to visit if you are interested in wine, art, craft beer, honey and so much more.

Rien
- Robert (10/5): Host very accommodating including a tasting and tour of their winery-excellent wine - Very comfortable

- Richardson (10/5): A surprise package of the most splendid kind. Wonderful host. - This is a unique property in the Vaud region, near Lake Geneva. Whereas most chateaux feature gilded portraits and immaculate antiques etc., the kindly and knowlegable proprietor at the Chateau de Dedens has preserved the authentic nature of the historic building which is a working vineyard with a fascinating wine sampling cave. Genuinely, it is like stepping back into the 18th century with flashes of modernity such as the large and clean en suite. I recommend it to lovers of architecture, wine and nature. Nothing. The experience surpassed my expectations.
- Lukas (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (8/5): Super ancient Château for those who enjoy the slightly quirky rather than a standard chain hotel. - This is a place for those who like the slightly quirky rather than a standard chain hotel. Perfect for me!
Château de Denens is an ancient vineyard, still producing excellent wine. You stay in the old Château buildings which have slightly faded grandeur and a few quirks, but my guest room had been refurbished to a superb standard and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There are beautiful views from the rooms across the vineyards towards Lake Geneva and the mountains beyond.
Breakfast is served in the family kitchen with the vigneron, it was fairly simple but tasty local fresh produce.
Denens is a small village, not far from the city of Morges. By public transport you can get there from Morges by bus or it's about 20 minutes walk through the vineyards from the nearest station on the MBC railway. Although the B&B doesn't serve evening meals, there is a superb Thai restaurant just across the road, and I enjoyed a bottle of the Château de Denens wine with my meal there. Don't expect the B&B to be staffed all the time.
- James (10/5): Wonderful! - I loved everything. The room is large and quiet, with a superb view. This is a beautiful old building. The people are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is charming, large and very clean (shared with one other person). I loved everything. It's one of the best places I ever stayed.
- Olivier (8/5): Was very nice and cozy with a great view. -
- Gonzalez (9/5): Superb - The place is unique, very original place You shouldn't care about sharing a bathroom
- Ulla (8/5): Very good -
- Jessica (10/5): Perfect location with warm hosts - My hosts made me feel very welcome. They are very warm people with a genuine interest in their guests. The location is very quiet and perfect for a good night’s sleep.
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- George (10/5): I was travelling for work, but I intend to come back for a holiday, I enjoyed it so much. - A little piece of Paradise on Earth. Surrounded by vineyards, overlooking Lac Leman, with snow peaks in the distance the location was idyllic. The room was comfortable and immaculately clean, likewise the bathroom. Sipping fresh coffee in the warmth of an ancient iron range in the kitchen chatting with the hosts was a delight. The rambling house and gardens are filled with slightly eccentric artworks and an atmosphere of peace reigns throughout.
