• Janine (8/5): - Lovely spacious apartment close to the beach and jetty. Felt more private as it wasn't near the resort units/hotel. Dolphin feeding is not inclusive which we didn't realise, so that was disappointing, considering the cost of the accommodation. The apartment was clean, but the bedcovers were full of beach sand, so be sure to shake them out first before putting on your own bedding so that there isn't sand all over the freshly made bed. Bedding/linen and towels also not included but can be added at an additional cost (AU$50 per person). Again, considering what we paid for the accommodation, you'd expect this to be inclusive. It then however, becomes an additional weight to your luggage, should you not opt to pay that extra cost.

• Mikaela (9/5): Relaxing and super enjoyable. Heaps of room for all 5 of us great mates to relax, chill, chat and take in the suburb loc - Cleanliness, spaciousness, outlook, modern touches to decor. The bedside tables had no lamps. Only one light in each bedroom and that was the fan light. Also it would have been nice for a few more basic supplies to be in the pantry like some high end vacation homes - like salt, pepper, glad wrap, foil, spray oil etc.

• Caroline (9/5): Relaxing family fun in the sun. - Plenty of room for a family of 5, spectacular views of the water. Kids weren’t impressed with the slow internet on the island but it got them off screens!

• Hayley (9/5): Absolutely amazing - The location was awesome, the apartment was stunning and so well equipped. Very comfortable for many people 1 key is definitely not enough with multiple people staying in the apartment, Directions into the apartment when driving from the ferry needs to be a little clearer, and also the location of the garage that goes with the apartment. Directions were confusing and not sign posted well.

• Lisa (6/5): A large apartment on a beautiful island resort with great activities and experiences but... - The location of the property is beautiful. Tangalooma is a great resort with lots of activities/tours to do. We have been to Tangalooma three times previously over the years. Viewing the sunset from your room is the best experience and watching the dolphins swim up for their evening feed is amazing. The apartment is modern and has great appliances and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the bay from the balcony was very much the highlight of the apartment. This was the last apartment available for the ANZAC long week as we booked only a week out, so we had no other options. We were disappointed that the price of the apartment didn't include any bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels or bathmats. This was an extra $50 per person (there were 7 of us) so we opted to bring our own. There was no dishwashing liquid to clean cooking pots and pans and no cleaning spray to wipe down benches and tables. Considering that there are limitations to the amount of luggage you can take on the ferry to Tangalooma, bringing all these things is such an inconvenience. All the shower screens in all 3 bathrooms need to be replaced as they are very mouldy and don't close properly - water leaks over the floors. All the shower heads need replacing as they have deteriorated and don't work properly. This apartment should be classed as luxury accommodation due to its size and location but all the inconveniences let down the experience. If these issues were addressed this property would no doubt receive a rating of 10. I also recommend checking the schedule of Carnival Cruises as this apartment is on level 2 of the main building at the end of the wharf where passengers are unloaded and from 7am till 11am there is very loud music playing to greet the cruisers. Due to all the cruise, all the tours were also booked out for the day even when we tried to book a few days before. Cruise ships visit this island frequently now which makes the island very crowded so plan well.

Thank you so much for your beautiful apartment- it was such a comfortabl - It was a great location, close to everything the family enjoyed. Clean apartment with lots of room! Highly recommend this property. Amazing team in the background making everything so smooth! Fantastic service! Had to pay extra for linen; wouldn’t say I didn’t like it. It was something we weren’t expecting but it worked out fine either way. Still the best service all in all☺️
• Peter (5/5): nice spot, nice unit needs some consideration for the experienced traveller of the present - view and spaciousness. wirelss access was an added expense,notust for the apartment, but for each device. These days, that often means more than one device per person. The TV required wireless access for a fee. as an international traveller, it is not acceptable these days NOT to have access include. Also, the wine glasses were dirty, covered with finger prints or salt spray. And the dishwasher is 'tired", lost it's markings of cycles. And the garbage bin had no lid to keep out insects and smell in.

• Margaret (8/5): Overall the stay was good and location was good. - The location and view No lights on pool The apartment needs a lot of maintenance ie ice maker wasn’t working, numerous paint marks snd damage yo walls. Microwave had burnt marks on it. Dryer had a burnt mark on it. The shower soap holder was broken There were stains on the lounge So the apartment is in need of some TLC.

We went by barge so able to take our food supplies for the week. - The most wonderful part of the whole experience was Paula, the host, who communicated immediately when we needed her input after Booking.com lost our booking for 9 months. She was an angel! We will be going direct in future. Everything was amazing thereafter. thanks Paula for making a fantastic holiday!!! Booking.com was so difficult to contact after we booked through them. It took 9 months and many hours of phone calls for them to find the booking and restore it. After the booking was restored we found Paula's details in the booking and contacted her direct and what a blessing that was. She cleared everything up on the first phone call

• Tiresa (7/5): The location was perfect. Large unit but expensive for winter - Location size Lounge was dirty outdoor furniture needed a refresh didn’t even have a can opener. Cleanliness could be improved. Bbq area blinds were filthy and covered in mildew

• Dominique (7/5): Great family unit and location. Will be back next year! - Unit was perfectly clean and the location and resort facilities were fantastic. Needs a few extra pieces to make a long stay more comfortable such as hairdryer, broom ect.
