- Jessica (4/5): Disappointing - Really disappointing and certainly not a 5 star hotel. Staff weren’t very friendly and did not tell us that the sauna was out of service. Simple basics you’d expect from a hotel weren’t present such as fridge in the room, full length mirror. There was dust and cobwebs in the room and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable - there was a ditch in the middle of the bed where two singles were joined together. The jacuzzi spa was lovely, but does have to be booked in advance. Expected more from a hotel of this price point and have stayed at much nicer hotels in Paris for less.

- Gael (10/5): - The rooms are cozy while being a good size for Paris and the beds very comfortable. I also loved my little balcony. The staff was very helpful and polite. They offer a breakfast buffet but no in-room dining. They did accomodate me by bringing breakfast to my room on request but I got the feeling this was not a typical thing for them. The hotel is well located within walking distance of many dining options, shopping and Line 9 metro. Will definitely stay again.

BUT we couldn’t sleep because people were shouting in the street in and off from 2 am. The mattress was also a little on the soft side. I would recommend but not on weekends if you re a light sleeper.

- Darcy (10/5): Beautiful Little Hotel - We stayed at Hotel Philéas Grand Hôtel & Spa in Paris from July 26 to July 30 and had a great experience. The location was excellent, just steps from a metro station and around the corner from a main avenue full of more restaurants than we could possibly try, plus a small covered shopping arcade that was fun to explore. Many attractions were within walking distance, including the Opera House, a beautiful shopping mall, and even Sacré-Cœur, which was a longer but enjoyable walk. Everything else was only a short metro ride away. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They happily provided ice for our drinks in the evenings, and we appreciated being able to connect our Netflix account to the TV in our room. The rooms were small but very clean, which we understand is normal for Paris. One of the highlights was the private pool area. Each day we could book a time slot for the small pool in its own room, with a steam room and sauna just outside, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return for the great location, friendly service, and relaxing amenities.

The subway was a minute walk away, which can take you directly to the Eiffel Tower. 10 mins walk to Gallery Lafitte. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a win win. Don’t hesitate to book!! Oh did I mention it’s quite modern. 10/10

As we were leaving for dinner they offered us umbrellas due to the weather. They obliged us with a late check out and help arranged cabs to the train station. Not to mention the bed was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Victor, Ryan and Iurii were so amazing, the best hospitality, so kind and helpful! Victor printed out directions and walked me through how to use the metro. Great option for a solo traveler!

- Thach (6/5): - It’s a very charming boutique hotel. The rooms are very small. On the way to the bathroom there wasn’t enough space between the bed and the bathroom entry. I would always hit my son’s feet while going to the restroom. Another flaw on this property was the elevator. It took forever to come. Fortunately, we were on level 2. We always used the stairways. Cute but would expect more.

When we called the front desk they sent an individual up but all the hotel apparently had were hand towels (lovely). We also ordered a bottle of wine; however, we were not given a bottle opener. Overall, the staff was extremely helpful and the rooms are comfortable with a fantastic shower

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cute. Great shower. Balcony was smaller than expected but still enough space to have a glass of wine or a coffee on. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
- Ted (10/5): - This is a beautiful, new boutique hotel. Location is good and design is great, even has that new-car-smell. There is no room service, the views from the rooms themselves are not reflected in the pics online, and the “deluxe balcony room” isn’t a balcony (it was a small ledge with enough room to fit a stool). The service team, Uri and Dino in particular, were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. Uri offered to upgrade the room to a “terrace” since it was mis-pictured on Expedia’s site and Dino was super. We would return to this hotel.

Balcony was a real plus, as was 24-hour access to coffee and a really nice breakfast buffet the swimming pool and sauna in the basement are also really good amenity. Super well located in an excellent neighborhood, one of the oldest covered passages in Paris is right next door with lots of charming restaurants and cafes.

- Sean-Paul (8/5): Well worth a look - Stayed recently for business just one night. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Lounge area small beside reception but perfectly fine. Spa on site which I didn't get to see as I was away early. Few issues with noise from the lift doors opening on my floor during the night which I reported the next morning but would happily stay again. Good area for getting around the city and lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Vi bokade ett rum med balkong, vilket var underbart eftersom vi hade strålande sol hela vistelsen. Perfekt att sitta där på eftermiddagen med lite champagne. Frukosten var lite sisådär. Verkligen helt okej men inte fantastiskt. Vi hade ett pris där frukosten ingick och är helt nöjda med det. Men hade jag lagt till frukost för 21 euro per/person hade jag varit besviken.

- Elly (10/5): - Although expedia’s pictures were a little different than we expected, the staff was extremely accommodating and even upgraded our stay free of charge. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, namely Maria in the breakfast area. Everyone offered recommendations for things to do in Paris, 10/10 would come back again!

- Julie (10/5): - The hotel has recently been renovated and this has been done to a high standard. Staff are friendly and helpful. in particular, Hedia on Reception was great and made a big effort to make us welcome. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. The area around the hotel has plenty of bars and restaurants and it is easy to get to all areas of central Paris. We booked a Classic room which was very small, with limited storage, although the bathroom was good.

- Carole (8/5): Lovely hotel - a few minor tweaks needed - Lovely comfortable hotel, felt quite new, lovely decor and style. Deluxe room quite small, large bed but huge chasm in middle. Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom for drying hair, and a fridge, and milk for the coffee, water and coffee being replaced, and teabags and milk. Sliding door to bathroom lacked privacy and no fan so bathroom steamed up. Pool needs to be booked but is really lovely, as is sauna, but steam room is not ready yet. Central and peaceful location

- Jack (6/5): Great, but not €100 deposit - Very nice hotel, good location, but they took €100 off me at check in for deposit, and I have not been refunded. I am having to fight to get it back. Not cool.
