• Marius Adriaan (1/5): Property in dire need of maintenance, and a good clean. - Good location, great town with a lot of scenic activities around. The property is in dire need of maintenance! Various areas have paint peeling off, the door locks don't work properly, important outside light bulbs were blown prior to our arrival. The main bed doesn't have any plugs, nor bedside tables, we could not charge our phones at night and had to store everything on the floor. The property also needs a good clean, found built up grime in places, yuk!

• Colin (1/5): Terribly underwhelming - Paid for 3 nights accommodation but couldn't make the first 2. However, was then not provided with the 3rd night.
• Elisabeth (5/5): It was a good stay, although I think I wouldn’t rent the accommodation again. - I liked the beautiful garden and gazebo I liked the pool I liked the host, she was very helpful The accommodation was very old and especially the toilet was overdue for an upgrade. It was terribly hot, so no aircon downstairs was uncomfortable.
• Sharee (7/5): Trip#2 - Close to IGA, had a pool and bbq Bbq wasn't cleaned after whoever had used it last. Had a few cockroaches. Needed an extractor fan in bathroom. A bit of a updating would make it be fresher. Bed was too small, could use a queen.

• Margaret (4/5): - Door catches broken no towels for pool no shamooo no washing detergent I travelled up on bus for 3 nights so did exoect a bit more They never contacted me the day before as they saud they would and when I arrived had to phone them to get code for lick. They did not even answaer phone but did call back after my abruped message.

• Tanya (8/5): - Good location. Short walk to town and beach/river. It is a good sized space. We were there in spring and it was warm enough. I imagine it stays relatively cool there in summer. Had everything we needed.

• GWENDA (5/5): Good budget accommodation but really needs some TLC - In a good location Villa needs a good makeover. Very dark inside , kitchen very tired. Not clearly explained that the bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom and toilet downstairs. BBQ not useable

Manager made insulting, dismissive excuses . It took numerous sms exchanges before she agreed to supply fresh sheets. Premises tired & very basic.

• Tahlia (3/5): Poor - Hot water in the shower , which we tried multiple times even after a plumber came out and it still didn’t last more then 4 minutes with 3 people needing a shower and only 2 bath towels for 3 days for 3 people , 2 rolls of toilet paper for the time of being there (as we had to use it for tissues for the kids and spillages the kids made to) Unfortunately wasn’t the host faultt but we had no power the whole first day so we couldn’t charge our phones to pay for anything

• Melissa (6/5): Close to everything - Great location, walking distance to everything! Spacious, neat & tidy! Would stay again, value for money. Outdated, bbq area was a little run down, stairs are a tricky to navigate at night. Bathroom adjust to kitchen.

• Rob (8/5): Very good - Roomy. Excellent TV screen. Comfy beds. Two story unit. Bedrooms upstairs, single bathroom and toilet downstIairs. Wooden stairs with solid but awkward height hand rail. Daunting for us 80 year olds who use the stairs a few times a night.
• Bianka (8/5): Ocean Reef Villa - Spacious villa, good parking and everything we needed was there. Amy, the manager, was very quick to respond to a few questions via her mobile number (which is left in the villa, and you also get a text message with information prior to your arrival). The villa needs freshening up. It's all a bit old. But having said that, it's clean. Nice little bonus was the mozzy spray provided. Everything in town is walking distance. If you want a view, it is probably not for you. But it is nice and green in front of your windows. The mozzies.

• Andria (8/5): Very good - Location. Bed was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Great laundry facilities The whole place needs some updating. Not enough wall sockets. The windows were a bit breezy. The curtain too small for the main bedroom window. There was no broom to sweep. The fridge door opening from the right side took some getting used to.

• Gregory (7/5): A good place & value to stay for a few days. - The position was good, walking distance to the beach, etc. Spacious apartment, comfy bed and lounge, adequate kitchen. The laundry was great as we had accumulated a bit after camping for a few days, but there was no dryer and it was raining. The bedrooms are upstairs so its abit tricky at night negotiating the stairs for a visit to the loo. The apartment was cold and there was no adequate heating in the living area. Its a bit run down and in need of a make over but it was a good price.
