• Gilad (7/5): with a litlle extra effort it could be ok. - The apartment is not well maintained. The shower enclosure is broken, and some light fixtures are not working. The cleanliness of the apartment is completely unsatisfactory. The skylight is filthy. The ashtrays are full of cigarette butts, among other issues.
• Vicky (7/5): Nice house, but needs a deep clean - location was great, really easy to get the tube into London. Good space, there were 12 of us. Beds we comfy. the house wasn't very clean. We had to clean the kitchen and all the plates, glasses etc when we arrived. Showers hadn't been cleaned properly .

• Royalty (6/5): Pleasant - Check-in was quick and easy. The house was spacious but needs some deep cleaning. However, bedroom one has two queen beds that left VERY LITTLE space to move around in. We had to redo our sleeping arrangements, adjust, and settle. Loads of utensils and cookware, but a bigger pot was needed for 13 hungry women. There were teas, coffee, sugar, various seasonings, bottled water, and an extra pack of toilet tissue! Thank you! The floors were very squeaky. The washer was a bit complicated to use, so some of us used the wash house around the corner. Maybe some instructions could be left regarding its operations. The bus and the tube were close by, and once we got the hang of it, we traversed London! Some minor upgrades could be done, but we were generally satisfied with the stay. As it relates to communications with Emmanuel, it was slow in the beginning of our booking, but as time drew near, he responded quickly, giving us points as needed. He was accommodating. The area was safe and shops were in walking distance. For church goers, a Baptist church was very close by. Room. 1 was too.cramped. Room 4 bed was damaged Room 5 closet was very unsteady Floors squeaky Lack of a broom for sweeping. Two larger pots needed for big groups Vacuum is not working The house was pretty warm during the days we were there (June), but Emmanuel brought us some fans¡ (Thank you) Needs a thorough cleaning(spider web and dirt under beds noticed) Curtains need to change or replace with blinds

• Suboshini (9/5): Fantastic Accommodation and Excellent Service - Fantastic Accommodation and Excellent Service We stayed at this beautiful 6-bed property from the 4th to the 9th of October for a reunion with friends traveling from Canada. From the start, Ravi was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. His attentiveness and care made the entire process smooth, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. The house itself was beautifully designed, with spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The standout feature was the stunning room at the top, which offered both comfort and style. We all felt right at home and appreciated the attention to detail in every part of the property. In addition to the lovely interior, the location of the property was so convenient—everything we needed was within easy reach, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends and would happily return for another stay. A perfect place for any group gathering!
• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect for Wembley, walking distance, the size of the apartment was perfect for us there were 8, 6 of us had a double bed each 1 had a sofa bed and there was a spare double mattress, a lot of.the rooms were ensuite and the beds were very comfy, the owner left 24 bottles of water which was a nice touch There was work going on out the back so no access to the back garden/decking which would've made our stay even better

• Nor (10/5): We loved the stay, the host was lovely and kind very spacious house. Beds are comfortable. 5 stars - very spacious house, fully equipt kitchen. The beds are large and comfortable. There's a nice pub 3 min walk and the transport is easy to access.
