• Giulia (3/5): Bene la vicinanza con stazione Bus, pessimo l’alloggio - Il fatto che fosse vicino alla stazione dei Bus La scarsità di informazione per ritirare la chiave nei box e capire dove si trovava esattamente la camera. L’appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, ha un buon potenziale ma è tenuto malissimo: bagno sporco con porta sapone arrugginito, pavimento macchiato, asciugamani ingialliti e macchiati. Pieno di minuscoli insetti: non so se fossero acari o cosa. C era anche della muffa sul soffitto in prossimotà del bagno. Viene spacciato come Loft super bello in un grattacielo ma è tenuto davvero malissimo. Peccato.

• Aznina (5/5): Please makesure u give the detail instructions to get the key and how to go to parking area - Nearby shop lot Siang hari terlalu bising dgn construction… saya tak dpt menghabiskan masa tu watch movie sebab no assess to watch tv even via antenna tv… do my complaint… but cannot solve the problem… they passed my phone to internet man… im so shocked and ask him to contact the owner… really upset… they gave me instruction to check out at 10.30pm the night before i suppose to check out… and no proper instruction to how to collect the key and to go parking area… i need to ask security and the security man ask me to give him rm10. The bathroom also not clean and have stains everywhere

• Анастасия (5/5): Passable - I liked that you can register at any time, I arrived late, we were contacted and everything was explained. the apartment is in a good location, there are many cafes and shops around It differs from the photo, the repair is already old, and when I arrived it was poorly cleaned. The sheets were old and stained, and it was unpleasant to sleep. I thought that this was normal for a Kl for this money, but then for the same money I rented a more well-groomed and clean version with modern furniture in centre.

• Hans (7/5): Good - The staff is helpful and responsive. Nice interior design and unit The toilet floor is a bit dirty. And the frames used for decorations fell down many times. Quite annoying because even after i tried to fix it, it still wouldn't stay on the wall. The price could be cheaper

Good location and apartment, I believe they can do a better job in ensuring the property stays c - This is my first time I’m reviewing an apartment and what I liked about the apartment is the location. Stayed there for a month. 1. Good location because of its ‘easy’ access to all basic needs. 2. Nice view from the room, and it’s a quiet place. What I didn’t like? 1) I noticed the room was dusty, dirty stuffs with hairs under the bed. 2. Poor service from the agents in charge of the apartment. There were lots and I mean lots of cockroaches in the room, the first night was a nightmare hahaha 🤣 . I had to text them in the group chat created, to request for cleaning service, and yes, my message was read and left with no response. *The only response I got from them was when I was about to check out haha 😆 3. Had to book a nearby hotel for a day, just because I had sprayed the whole room with insecticide and cleaned it by myself. Apparently that didn’t work out well 😞 as the cockroach kept reinforcing and kept coming days and weeks later, but it was highly reduced after the 3rd week. 😊 4. Old bedsheets, my head is always filled with white foamy stuff every morning for a month.
